£3.4 for the worst ever iced matcha latte I've had in my life. All ice, very little milk and even less matcha powder. And they basically invented the price on the spot. Seriously, this place would be smashed if opened in a more competitive area. The only reason people go there is because there's nowhere else.

3 coffees a day for 2 years. Never had one I didn't like. Wish they'd keep their cake in an airtight container because it's always stale

Very rude manager or supervisor not sure
doesn't wear uniforms like the rest had own clothes
Demand from customers to stick to rules and order hit dinks behind plexiglass but by her own doesn't wear face masks or anything to stop spread of viruses
Funny hypocrisy

The woman with the lip piercing is very rude. And spoke to me like I was a child. So glad I finished my course so I wont be going back there again.

- Here’s a tip, don’t raise your voice at a customer if there is no valid reason to do so. It can come across very unprofessional and can make you seem passive aggressive :)

Hope you can work on this

This is my first visit here, nice place, nice coffee and fair price, unfortunately my coffee was just luke warm so it was gone in two mouthfuls. I will try again in the hope this was a one off but it really does need to be hotter.

Visited this coffee shop, and noticed my mobile phone charge had died I charged the phone the night before therefore there was a problem with my phone. So I asked the person behind the desk can I quickly plug in my phone just to make an urgent call as I am stranded in a city that I do not live in and needed to let someone know where I was. as they were picking me up. To my surprise the person said No. I was very surprised as the coffee shop was empty and had no customers ., but she point blank refused.

I followed Covid protocols . I had a mask on, wore gloves. had disinfectant wipes.

I explained that I am stranded and just needed to plug the phone in just to make one call and again she flat outright refused.

There were no phone shops or other places near so I was stranded and had to walk to the town centre to buy a new phone.

I run my own business and we have people who may simply pop in to ask for a direction. or ask to make a phone call. My front of house team will always help , as my moto is you never know when you will need help.

But one thing for sure I will never ever visit this coffee shop again and will never recommend it. I would mark a zero for my experience but unfortunately you have to press a minimum of one star to allow you to post a message
