The breakfast here is one of the nicest breakfasts I've had 😍, quick service to and plenty of food too eat

Overall great breakfast! Couldn’t do better for the price. Coffee was very hot and the milk tasted burnt but something that is easily changed. Saying that I would definitely go again

My family and i went there today for lunch after a stressful morning as a witness in court. The food was good , a little pricey, but expect that in swansea i guess... however were a little disappointed on a older member of staff that was a bit rude. It was quite busy in the shop and our toast was forgotton (easy mistake as it was busy).We should of had 2 slices of toast with a extra large breakfast after requesting the toast. She came back with one slice.. so i questioned her and she seemed almost irritated. Which embarrassed my partner so he said not to worry.. with that she walked off with an eye roll not even an appology. I know its a slice of toast but i dont feel you should be embarrassed to ask for something you paid for
Just a shame it seemed too much trouble 😔

Nice food and coffee. But very rude staff. After just over a hour we were asked to leave even though there were empty tables.
So much so that one of my clients was in tears. We won't be back. Not friendly and certainly not if you have a disability like we all have.

Nice food was clean inside the place, the big problem was finding some were to park. But i would go Back there again the breakfast was good 👍

I had not been to Sams for about 15 years when it was my "local" Cafe. Went for my wedding breakfast on the 22nd December and it was as if I had not been away! Superb food, service with no rush. Love this Cafe!

Fast, good service.
Friendly and helpful staff and more value than money, definitely!
Their breakfasts are sublime, well-cooked, and delicious.

Excited to go again!
