Costa Coffee

Great coffee. Friendly staff - they go out of their way to make their customers happy. Today I saw a young barista helping an elderly lady. Staff remember your regular orders and give recommendations depending on what you like. Plenty of parking, and outdoor seating for when the weather is warm.

So, when I came here a few weeks a go it was a amazing experience. From the food, drinks to staff and the bathrooms. Let's start, firstly in my option the bathrooms in costa have to be the best, the cleanest toilets. I also love the style of them too. Then we have the food, I know it is quite expensive for what you get but it is pretty good. Most foods they can warmed up which is a nice touch, I would recommend a meal with cheese in it as that is by far the best ingredient. Then we have the main item the drinks, the hot chocolate is by far the best I've ever tasted and is worth every penny, coffee is amazing and the cold drinks are great. Overall this makes a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent friendly service. I was greeted and served by Rhydian, and although I was on my mobility scooter he did everything to make my visit a pleasurable experience.

Friendly staff, clean service can be a bit slow but they were very busy this morning. Didn't wait too long...definitely quicker than M & S.

Had cappuccino and a tuna melt panini (which was 50% off in fridge - bonus). Good service, the two staff members that dealt with my order were friendly, efficient and polite. Lots of seating available. Staff were keeping it clean and clearing tables.

Ordered a large gingerbread latte they didnt even offer a little gingerbread, i was more annoyed because it costs such alot I expected something a little bit special but no effort was made at all, think the fact it was so busy they just rush everyone's orders through!
However it's a nice place for a coffee and a chat.

Spent my afternoon here while my partner was working locally. It was busy as some other reviews mentioned but I still managed to find a seat. The staff are friendly and were quick to clear away my table when I went used the toilets. Nice atmosphere and quietened down towards the afternoon. Lovely place for a catch up or to get some work done.
