I was sent here by my own gp's surgery because they were unable to see me at short notice but felt I needed a physical examination. Due to a delayed taxi and heavy traffic I arrived 4 minutes late for my appointment and was told as a result the doctor would not see me despite my explanation and apology.
The receptionist was very abrupt and brushed me off by telling me to ring 111. Incredibly bad service with zero compassion and absolutely no sense of a duty of care. I will never use this place again no matter how ill I am!

Went here for podiatry appointment. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Toilet area segregated and kept clean and well stocked. Nurse/HCA was friendly and reassuring. Parking available at the side of the surgery doors. Bus route alighting location for the 88 first bus or the 86 arriva bus service both within 15 metres of surgery ebtrance.

Went to see the dentist called Ash on 21st September 9.30 with my 9 year old son. The dentist was amazing and so informative. Explained everything well and gave us options to choose. My son felt very relaxed with him. The nurse was nice too. Thank you.

I've been with the surgery for 11 years and always found the receptionists honest, empathetic, helpful, polite and try and help to find a good solution. Making an appointment has never been a problem whether it's a phone or face to face with GP. The female doctor is fantastic, got me the help I needed there and then and very empathetic and kind. Thank you so much to both doctors and staff! I hope she stays.

GPs are great and to a degree so our the reception staff. Unfortunately I had an issue with a prescription not being ordered. I spoke to the receptionist who was very rude and told me I wasn't due them despite my prescription being due. Even discussing my confidential records within hear shot of other membera of the public.
I had to reorder them and wait 48 hours which is fine but when a receptionist believes she can override my GP then it puts a bad image upon the practice.

I took my 4 year old for a blood test. The staff were amazing. I didnt even know that she had the bloods taken (3 lots) and neither did she. They sprayed her arm with some 'Elsa' spray and distracted her with an ipad. They were amazing. It was definitely worth the 90min round trip for such amazing staff

Very bad, got told yesterday to phone at 8 to get a telephone consultation appointment. So I started calling from 07:59 (1 min before it opens) today, after a few “we are closed”, then at 08:01 it rang and then gone back to “sorry we are closed” . The next thing I know, my phone tells me that the line was busy. After trying to call for another 10 mins of “line busy” , it finally gone through the waiting music and it was still ringing for over 20 minutes of “sorry to keep you waiting, our team is busy taking calls”.

I am sorry but I was definitely one of the first ones to call.

After waiting for 25 mins, I finally got through, then they can’t hear me at all, I had to shout at phone and they Still couldn’t hear me.

That receptionist booked me in for a phone call on Thursday, when the other receptionist yesterday told me that there is no appointment until next month yesterday.

I checked my phone I had called that number 92 times in order to get through.

If I could give them no stars I would the receptionist are what let's this practice down. Even when yo ask to speak with the practice manager the receptionists think they know better. Even when they receive a phone call from the hospital informing them that we require the help the receptionists think they know better, didn't know they went to medical school
