Canterbury Health Centre

Absolutely atrocious general practice, roughly seven members of staff on front desk and They struggle to answer the phone, when they do they're rude. 6 day wait for medication even on an urgent request from NHS. Two years of medical records unrecorded and unfairly dismissed without medication and was told on the phone by SAS medical that its illegal for them to do that. Unbelievably unprofessional, very unhappy with them. No star would be better option.

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the medical care I am receiving from this surgery. I have a very painful knee injury from about a month ago. After falling downthestairs. and it is taking forever to get the medical attention I need. I am an international student and the knee injury has affected my life seriously in the past one month. Going to school has been a struggle. And I am currently still in pain.

I became a patient of this surgery over 20 years ago, Dr Kuhnen has been my doctor all this time. I have seen other doctors in this time if he has been on holiday etc. As far as I am concerned both my wife who was a nurse for 50+ years think this is the best surgery we have seen. I have never known any one to be rude in our time at all. Thank you all you are 1st rate. Also I every on this.

I was pushed out of the doctor's office by Qureshi in the middle of explaining my health problem because time was up. At the reception, the behavior of the people working there is a joke. Lisa, who calls herself the assistant manager, was very rude, she offered to explain my health problem to her and she would discuss it with the doctor on my behalf. Zero respect for the patient, zero profesionalism. Her behavior shows the true picture of the NHS, but also a lack of personal culture.

Had a pediatry apt yesterday to get both toenails removed and it was the best experience I've had! Staff were amazing, so comforting

Very disappointed with Canterbury Helat centre! Receptionists are rude, GP doesn’t take your health serious! They actually don’t care what you are safer from. Take ages to receive answer for my results. I’ve been several time there and did not received correct treatment. I do not recommend this health centre.
Time to move on!

Have used this surgery since moving to Canterbury 6 years ago, receptionists always helpful.
Dr Kuhnen always helpful I have never had any problems whether it’s him seeing my autistic children in surgery or myself for chronic back issues.
Would be happy to recommend this surgery to anyone.

I had chest pain so I tried to get an appointment with the doctor. I had Dr Kuhnen call me up and scream down the phone at me about how I need to call 999 and that he isn’t going to see me.
He then started saying that he doesn’t want to have to deal with the possibility of me having a heart attack in his surgery (I had a dull ache in my chest which did not require an ambulance).

This is clearly a man on the edge who has no regard for his patients! Extremely rude and unprofessional from the receptionist staff (who also think they’re doctors) all the way to the doctors.

Absolutely disgusting!
