The receptionist working on Monday morning was so rude. She was extremely UNHELPFUL. I am not from this country and am not familiar with the parking system. When I asked what I needed to do as I was there for a course and would be there the whole day (the parking only allows 4hrs free parking) she did not offer or advise me on any alternative parking arrangements. When I asked how I could go about paying for more parking she said that's not an option and shrugged her shoulders. I spent the whole morning worrying about the parking while I should have been concentrating on my course. Only by asking the course leader and other attendees during the lunch break did I find out that it is common place to park in the street further down the road and walk back up. I could have been saved much stress if the receptionist had just told me that instead of behaving like I'm a criminal trying to 'steal' parking time. I'm not sure if it is because I am a foreigner that she treated me in this way or if she is just generally that rude and unhelpful but it does not lead to a very positive experience for the client.

Very friendly and highly professional staff when having our Covid booster shots yesterday. Spent a lot of time getting the paperwork right. Highly recommended.

Cant fault the place for the care they give but don't expect to be able to park in their car park. Never anywhere to park as half the car park is blocked off so unable to access any of the free spaces and absolutely no explanation as to why you can't park in them, so if you have an appointment leave early as you will have to find somewhere else to park.

After going to 2 -3 vaccine centres for walk-in booster that was so so badly managed. this one was truly professional.. Volunteers were pleasant and the whole experience was managed very well. Shekoofeh and her team truly have a well oiled and professional team who know what they are doing and so most importantly they don't look stressed and work to make customer care their business. Well done. V&S.

I had my vaccine at Teddington Health Centre today. I can not believe that how good and organised and helpful and friendly are they.
I never had this type of service in NHS before.
As I am a disabled person, they escorted and helped me from outside the centre door, without me asking anyone.
Inside requested to deal with me on priority basis. The doctor who gave me the vaccine was an elderly gentleman, looks like he came back to serve the community.
The volunteer team is great and well organised.
Oh and just to mention that I am a person of colour but they were still so kind and caring towards me.
I can’t understand a couple of earlier reviews, May be the are mistaken or something else.
I have only done 2-3 reviews in my life but because of today’s experience I thought that I should appreciate them.
Your team is doing a great job, keep it up 👍

Booked here for my covid booster jab because it was one of the options with parking. When I arrived on the morning they did not let me into the car park (even though there were free spaces) with no explanation why. I was told to park on the main road where there wasn't any spaces and now I've missed my booster jab I am absolutely fuming!!!!!! All this after I just finished my 12hr night shift and all I really wanted was my bed!
Now I won't be able able to get my jab until after the new year. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please don't be put off attending this centre for your COVID19 vaccination if you have read the previous reviews. It was brilliant service provided today and Millie is excellent at admistrating vaccinations. All staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Extremely RACIST staff. I went to get my vaccine today and rather than just politely telling me that I came early she was being racist. The name social care does not do justice with the staff behaviour!
Completely disappointed and request the management team to update their staff of social behaviour. Medical is to help people regardless of their skin colour. Utterly shameful!!!
