I appreciate the care and professionalism shown by staff at this clinic. Special thank you to ADHD nurse Maria Manwa who goes above and beyond to help her patients.

Terrible, they leave neighbours out in the community who should be in a unit permanently.
Nobody visits this neighbour and she slams doors all night, threatens people with knives, next door is on their third tenant in 4 years as they have all been forced out, it ruins lives.
All because this place can't be bothered to do their jobs properly and it's easier for them to ignore it and sweep it under the carpet.
They like to have control over you here, if you don't allow them to control you, you wil not get any help with anything. They give you wrong diagnosis and the staff are rude and unhelpful.

I never leave reviews but the staff at the ADHD clinic don’t get enough credit for all they do! Theirs one doctor and two nurses running the clinic they’re so understaffed there but still somehow manage to make all their patients feel welcome. Like a lot of the other reviews nurse Maria is amazing and understands so much about adhd and is very patient with patients like myself to love to waffle a bit lol. But NELFT really do need to pull their finger out and get more doctors and nurses on the team especially with so many more women being assessed/ diagnosed now.

This is brand new building with excellent facilities and staff. They is a spacious common area, the receptionist acknowledged me even though she was on the phone and when the other receptionist became free she asked who was first. A guy who came after me was pushing in and she did not allow this. Excellent!
My health care worker walked up to me and escorted me to her office. They were courteous, friendly and put me at ease.
In addition, excellent 2-hour parking is available on site. What more could you ask for?

My time working there I noticed a bully nature especially from building managers towards patients. Nasty remarks and very distasteful comments.
Not the type of person you expect in such an industry

I'm finding this service very difficult at the moment and am returning today as i really need the service and to see if yesterday was just an off day.
I'm not going into detail of the nature of my visit but i was consumed with time anxiety
I came into the walk through at 10:30 and understand it may have been busy and was told to come back at 14:00...which i did and was told my name was put down from earlier.
I was then sat in a room that was full of people and decided to leave at 16:20 when the room was now me and another person who had just got there as they had stopped seeing people.

*update*

I was seen today and got really useful advice and already feel relief in starting my process these guys are really helpful
