Charles really sorted me out, I had been putting up with a problem laptop for well over a year and he managed to fix the problem (that seemed fairly complex) within an hour🙌 Can’t recommend enough! Will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family should they need assistance in the future :)

Charles really knows his stuff, super fast service and saved me a huge amount of hassle by rescuing lost data and getting me up and running again...many thanks and will be my first call for pc problems in the future!

Charles recently fixed our laptop for us.
His customer service is a class above and he is extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help and even gave use a courtesy laptop to use in the interim whilst ours was being fixed.

After 3 weeks of me looking into my issues and trying everything I could I didn’t get anywhere…
Recently got in contact with Charles after having several issues with my PC (due to windows)
Organised to drop my system off with him one evening and the next day before dinner time he had everything sorted and running again! Very fast and professional service! Very good at keeping you informed and also pleasant to talk to.

My keyboard had stopped working on my laptop and found this company which was local to me, spoke to Charles and dropped it off to him within half an hour. I was expecting it to take a day or so for him to get back to me but he got back to me within a few hours explaining the problem and had already sourced the parts so was able to give me price and time frame for work which was very reasonable. He kept me fully informed every step of way and had fixed and got my laptop back to me within days. I would highly recommend CS Computer services and would definitely use again in future if I have any computer problems.
