I was very reluctant to find a new computer repairer after losing my last one but picked out James and so glad I did. He arrived on time and was very pleasant while patiently waiting for my photos to come back to life. He was here for about two and a half hours, he was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. So if you are in the same predicament and don't know who to go to then you must pick James. Thank you again James.

James came to repair my computer. He was very polite and friendly. Offered advice and was very knowledgeable. Ended up having to take my PC with him and had repaired by the following day and dropped off. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending James. Thank you.

James collected the Laptop, kept me up to date at evey single step of the way, super friendly and very professional. He seeked to not only get the repairs done in due time, but actively sought out the cheapest source of parts (all matching OEM specs). Impressed with the service is an understatement!

After a major windows update my computer stopped doing updates & disabled windows defender.
James had to reload Windows 10 again as the C drive was corrupted.
He took the computer away & brought it back the next day.
Reconnected all the peripherals & I was up & running again.
It nice to know some one who is reliable that you can call on

James was very quick to pick up my email and respond with a convenient time to come and help. He then contacted again when there was an earlier slot in case I wanted it. He arrived on time, was very polite and made every effort to resolve my issue and even spent time assisiting me in looking online for additional products that I neeeded for my IT kit. Very good service. Competitive price too. Will use again for future IT needs.
