Very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and this guy knows his stuff, got my computer running smooth as silk. He will definitely be the first person I call if I need any IT help in the future.

Took my Desktop PC to this shop with a virus, Yasin was very helpful & polite, he kept me informed of everything going on while he sorted it out, it took him 2 days and im very pleased with his work, I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and I will Definitely be recommending him, Nice job, Cheers!

Took my computer because it wouldn't turn on, great guy very helpful. Was recommended by someone and I'm glad we were. When I got my computer back I was curious why I could see nothing on the screen so I rang up and he explained what to do. (I put the cable in the wrong part). Would definitely reccommend.

No Words Ignorant Arrogant and patronising

Took my Xbox One in to be fixed a couple of weeks ago as had no power. Yasin was really friendly and helpful. He kept me in the loop, keeping in touch with me when it went to diagnostics, right through to getting it back. Console is working perfectly now. Very good service and would definitely use again!

I have used Advance Technologies once as I was recommended to use them to repair my ipad air as the screen had been smashed, they said it would take a few days and cost 75 pounds, Went back picked it up and though nothing of it started using it and realized that it had come back in a worse condition then when I sent it to them, the metal casing of the ipad was bent the secondary screen had what looked to be laser burns on it, also the touch screen was not working took it back and they gave it to there engineers and they said there was nothing wrong, so I took it to another company were they had to replace the screen the metal casing and a few other things. I then went back to Advance Technologies with an engineers report and they would have none of it, they were then very rude and defensive when I asked for my money back. I would not recommend this company to any one there are other company's close by how are a lot better and cheaper
