Great Service: My operating system was badly corrupted whilst upgrading to Windows 10. Steve Came and collected the machine and installed a new solid state drive complete with a new copy of Windows and all the Office applications. He delivered it back in full working order the following day and I was then able to recover all the data stored on my original hard drives. Minimum down-time and a very reasonable price for the work involved.

We have used IDEAL PC Solutions for well over a decade both in the supply of hardware and service. It is important to us that our equipment, that is in constant use, is always available and operational. IDEAL PC have provided that facility throughout, particularly in times of urgent need when one gremlin or another causes us glitches. As an accountancy practice we have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone who wants a service that we regard as second to none.

Wow ! What a fantastic efficient service I have experienced today from this company. My son accidentally damaged my memory stick which had all my files on it. I rang at 10.00 am in distress spoke to Steve who said he would try to sort it out but couldn't promise that it could be done. However, by 7.30pm tonight Steve had delivered it back to me and I could access the files! Brilliant knowledge & experience from Steve ! Thank you so much really appreciate.

I want to say a big thank you to Steve from Ideal PC Solutions. My external hard drive had lost connection to my PC. All my personal films and photographs of my family and most importantly my grandchildren I thought were lost for ever. After being turned down by several other computer repair retailers I phoned PC Solutions as my last hope. Steve was only too happy to take a look for me. He explained that there was no guarantee which I totally understood. He collected the hard drive from my home the same day, managed to sort out the problem and safely transfer my data onto a new hard drive that evening, which he kindly delivered back to me at a time that suited me the next day….What A Service. I will, have no hesitation recommending Ideal PC Solutions to my friends and family in the future.

My PC crashed out during major Windows 10 update (due to router reboot). Steve was able to retrieve my file folders then reformatted the hard drive and reloaded Windows 10. Door to door service and all within 24hrs. Excellent & very professional.

Steve has done a great job for me on two occasions. He answered my call straight away late on a Friday night and was out first thing in the morning to see the problem and took it away to get it repaired in less than 48 hours. He offers honest and sound advice and I now purchase all my pc needs along with any repairs through him. Highly recommended, very efficient, speedy service and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Needed my pc gaming case switching over and some fans setting up along with a new power supply. Steve did a great job very happy with the service.
