Absolutely brilliant! These guys know there stuff and keep you informed every step of the way, friendly and transparent. Very reasonable pricing and service is great, you can’t go wrong with these. I didn’t realise they were a new business as the setup is fantastic, more businesses should be like this.

This place is amazing, they have just built our sons gaming PC and there services went above and beyond our expectations. I can highly recommend them , and the prices are more than competitive. Top class service all around, I will not take my business anywhere else in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending DCSL both for their technical expertise and customer helpfulness/ friendliness. I recently asked them to download a copy of "Bullguard Internet Security" onto two laptops. The job was done done both efficiently and quickly (the same day) and at a reasonable cost (£25 for the first laptop and only £10 for the second one). I found Kieran very personable and helpful in both answering my questions and printing off a copy of a spreadsheet for me (for only 20p) without charging anything extra (even though it may not have been very much) for his expertise and the (short) time he spent in resizing it from A4 to A3. I find this willingness to be helpful very refreshing.

Top service from DCSL. My laptop was new but slow so Keiran replaced my HDD with an SSD and now it runs super quick and smooth. He even formatted my old hard drive ready for me to put it straight into an enclosure! Overall service was quick, well priced, and some great advice given. Would definitely use DCSL again if I ever need to. Thanks 👍

Conned! Took my laptop for power jack replacement, after them confirming it needed a new jack and paying for it to be ordered and installed, I was informed it was ready a couple of weeks later. On picking it up they showed it was working, but advised to be careful as they are liable to damage. Shortly afterwards it stopped charging again so thought I might need to replace with a new laptop. I thought I would have a go at fixing it and on taking it apart found that the power jack had NOT been replaced, it was the damaged original one. They must have frigged it enough to get it to work whilst handing it over - no wonder the warning to be careful! I've now fitted a new jack (a couple of pounds) and it is working properly.
EDIT (after response) Thank you Keiran for the quick response. I had previously attempted repair of the jack because of as you say 'customer damage' (although not helped by a poor design of jack on this laptop). When it stopped working I had a quick look inside and it appeared the jack might not have been replaced. Believing that you had not done the job correctly in the first instance I was not inclined to let you have another go at it, so decided to strip it to check it out. As they say life got in the way, so it took a while to get around to it. But when I took it apart, lo and behold I found the original power jack there, still with the solder and epoxy on that I had used on my original repair (see photo).
I am willing to give companies who have attempted to give a decent service an opportunity, but this was a clear lack of the service I had paid for.

Brilliant staff very helpful and supplied me with an identical battery for my laptop when my original one failed. Deffo recommend them.
