Good variety of pulses and flours including gluten free options. Nice little selection of fresh herbs and vegetables mostly in good condition. Management is a little grumpy but in general it is a nice break from the standard British supermarket set of options and restrictive capitalism.

Excellent selection of products. They have a small selection of fresh fruit and veg, it’s more locally sourced, seasonal without packaging. Amazing selection of herbs, spices, pulses etc for cooking, especially Indian cooking.

Thank you so much for attending the funeral of your former customer Andy Somerville yesterday, 20 September 2022. It was very kind and thoughtful of you to come. Andy always spoke very highly of the kindness and helpfulness of the staff in the shop - even offering to deliver his food order to his home as his disability got worse. Our go to store for all Indian spices, pastes and obscure recipe ingredients, they have a huge array of stock. The staff are all consistently helpful, finding ingredients and recommending alternatives. Wine selection is good and not overly priced for convenience store. Man on checkout is always very friendly, genuinely asking how my day is going. A few parking spaces on the road makes it easy to pop in. Well worth a visit!

They consistently double charge for items at the till or charge multiple packs of items separately! Watch out as your items go through as I'm sure they do it deliberately. Happens everytime I've been there, the cashier apologises and corrects the mistake but only if you flag it up! I'd hate to think how many people get scammed there.
