Easy to get around quickly and a very good selection of groceries packed into a smaller, more convenient size store. Very easy roof top parking, can always get a space even when they are busy. Value for money is pretty good. And, Co-Op own brand lines are usually really good too and better quality than the bigger supermarket chains.

The till staff could do with some training in how to deal with customers. Most of the till staff over 30 (shall we say-just to be polite) are really rather rude. They would rather do anything but serve you. It's a shame the carrier bags have gone, because they all use to get of the till and sort out the bags if they saw a customer coming. It was rather entertaining.

You can get nearly any thing you want in this branch of co-op as it's one of the larger stores. But your lucky to get served nicely at the till.

Well stocked neat and tidy. It is a larger store and has a lot more products than your average Tesco/Sainsbury Local.
It has a post office counter, fresh bread/cakes and a meat counter. There is plenty of parking outside the shop and on a roof car park which can be accessed by a staircase or small lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices can be quite high but of course you are paying for convenience.

Can't believe how disorganised this shop actually is.
Products always in the wrong place, price labels wrong, and multibuy deals almost always just don't come up when paying at the till. It's not the fault of the staff, but they clearly need more training, particularly fixing these mistakes and handling returns.
Been refused using my NUS card for 10% discount as they thought I wasn't paying (when I was).
Even been asked for ID when my dad was buying himself wine.
Avoid where possible.

Largest store available in the local villages I'm aware of and carries a decent range of stuff that other smaller express stores may not have. Hasn't let me down yet. Even had pak choi which I most likely would not have found without going to a superstore in town.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ( tobacco counter) I visited the park parade store on Saturday 2nd July because whilst at work my electronic cigarette had failed and this is the only shop in the immediate area which sells tobacco products, was ‘greeted’ by a extremely unhappy counter assistant who treated me with absolute contempt for wanting to purchase a vape, after begrudgingly allowing me to see one of the shops missed matched ‘selection’ of vaping products I was sold a kit, which turned out to be a shell for one brand & a pod for another incompatible brand, no please, no thank you, no offer of receipt so I left, opened it up and discovered this outside, so returned to the shop to try and swap it for something that would work, on returning her attitude had worsened ‘how do you expect me to know, I don’t smoke!’ with a sour face is not how you speak to a customer, a manager came and swapped the items, the original assistant was at the other end of the counter repeatedly saying, she’s soo rude, soo rude, rude woman whilst he was serving me, he refunded me and re charged for the new kit, but had given me a extra kit without charging which I returned to him, he was very flustered and had just made a error, the original assistant was still muttering under her breath and then just walked off, the manager said (I’ll speak to her) so had at least acknowledged her lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude.
The final kit I bought does not work at all, it’s completely dead & I suspect very old outdated stock, upshot is, I’ve been charged over £20 for something completely useless and endured x3 rounds of this awful woman into the bargain, absolute waste of my time & money, then still had to drive to the garage to purchase a vape ( good selection & happy staff so it took 2mins there 🤦‍♀️) Co-Op Hazlemere, you really need to update your stock & immediately remove anti smoking staff from your tobacco counter!! I work a 2min walk away, but will never ever use this shop again for anything.

Young workers always together giggling, not respecting social distancing but of course customers do. Forever charging full price on reduced items. Rarely a good experience.
