The worst experience I have ever had with a collect+ store. Very rude staff, in the afternoon there was no one at the till so I had to find where the person was and ask him to serve me. He did so while yapping to his friend in some foreign language and took forever to find my parcel out of a mind-blowing pile of 3 or 4 in total. I would have never used them again, but my order was split in two and because the second time it was sent via Royal Mail they charged me £1 for keeping it for 10 mins...I've never used the shop itself and I do not understand how such an appalling customer service can exist in Maida Vale...

Awful and disgusting customer service. His name was Anil and he was extremely rude.
Regarding Collect+ service.

Anil if you can't talk in a normal tone or hold a conversation like an adult then you shouldn't work in customer service. You were wrong and to then raise your voice, point, then swear is unexceptionable.

I then got band from the shop because i explained to him in a normal manor on how he should evaluate what went wrong and how to talk/converse with customers.

Having looked at the shops feedback on google, I actually feel better knowing as a whole they are bad retailers

Terribly stocked, staffed and run. Repeatedly refuses on and off to take parcels for either the post office or courier services they work with, on some kind of power trip. Grocer out the front selling sub standard produce, excessively handled in Covid times, and refuses to wear a mask properly or maintain any social distancing. Avoid wherever possible.

Rip off. I wanted to buy just one tiny leek and they wanted to charge me £1.80. Apparently if you pay cash, you pay less (£1.50 in this case). Is this even legal? Obviously I did not buy it and will not ever buy anything in there

Avoid this store! Awful and disgusting customer service, especially from the older lady! This place should not have mail services

I only go to this store when I’m in a rush or need something quick. Prices are expensive but I guess that’s convenience for you …
I find the staff friendly except for the older lady. She always gives attitude and says there is a minimum spend with debit card when I’ve never had this before with the other staff.
She’s just miserable and doesn’t greet anyone.
I tend to go in the evenings instead of mornings just to avoid her.

Everything here is almost double priced! Even thier post office will unusually charge you 1 pound if you are cashing Money from your bank. The only post office in the area doing this. Staff are always busy doing something inside or outside. They see you coming in and they don't come to serve. You have to call them to come and take the payment which is always more than normal. I use it only if I'm really desperate and and stuck!

Avoid sending parcels for collection here. Had an unpleasant episode when they claimed they haven't received the parcel, and tried to refuse to look for it. It took some effort to convince them otherwise, and it turned out the parcel was there all along.
