2nd time of purchasing food goods that have gone off. This time milk. Still in date but completely curdled. Took me a while to realise as I have sweetener in my cereal that gives a funny texture. The smell was awful so looked at the milk, poured half down the sink but the other half was almost solid and good God did it smell. Called the shop who offered a refund, fair enough, but I think they should look into the storage, appropriate temperatures and checking the delivery is dealt with quick enough and put into refrigeration. Must be a reason why this keeps happening, if they are confident that they are handling and storing correctly then it's time to turn to the supplier and check them out!!

The seller has some prejudices. He's rude maybe because I'm not British. He himself is not a native Englishman. He never replies to good morning and looks at me like I'm a thief. Some time ago I used to pay by card there. Until the transaction was completed, he had the last product in his hand. Scandalous behavior. I will never buy there again.
