NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!!!
We bought a BBQ online through Fruugo at the beginning of June 2020 we waited 3 weeks for delivery which we understood due to the current climate. On the day we received the BBQ which was the 22nd June we opened the box to find that the lid was dented in and it wasn't just a small dent that we could get away with it was big we didn't even get it out if the box. I tried to phone customer service and due to the current climate they asked me to send an email which I did on that day. I have sent another since and still had no reply !!! I have got a faulty £300 BBQ sat in the box still and haven't heard back from anyone. I am so disappointed with this and will definitely be taking this further. My advise would be not to buy anything from this company!

Ordered a table and chair set. Tabletop screws to the legs, holes and bolts were the wrong size, so table wasn't sturdy.

One of the chairs snapped as per the photos after ONLY TWO WEEKS!?

No responses from customer service despite having read emails. Very unhappy customer.

Terrible company.
Ordered a shed through a third party company for delivery at the latest by the first of April.
Contacted them to ask where it was. Was rudely told. We are stock taking and we aren't releasing any orders.

They then lied again and the order was due to be picked up by dx couriers on Wednesday 6th April, for next day delivery Thursday 7th April.

After many phone calls from us to them they finally admitted they didn't have our shed in stock and had known this for some time.

Clearly a company that doesn't value honesty or customers.

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star If there was an option for zero that would probably be still too good for them.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish with them

I have purchased a Charles Bentley 7 Burder (6+side) Premium Gas BBQ from them via ManoMano for the second time and this time is beyond awful. The item initially received was damaged and when I contacted them I was offered a 20% refund and keep the item or a full return and replacement. I have chosen the replacement as this made more financial sense. I received the item for summer and it was a pain to get this delivered in time with several delivery delays and issues.
I have to stress, that this is my second bbq from the same company and the way it's been ordered and the first one lasted me 3.5 years before it needed replacing. As we all know this was a really warm dry summer so we have received any rain nothing and I would like to think I have the level of intelligence required to maintain a bbq to make it last for as long as possible. the new bbq is hardly a few months old and already showing severe rust. Wheels, drip tray, flame tamer, and the body.
I mean how? It even whistles when all the burners are on. I have messaged their customer services as I am concerned and don't believe this product is fit for purpose (estimated lifespan to be less than 1 year). I could only submit 2 of 5 photos as their website won't allow photos more than 2MB (I'm just saying any normal phone takes photos now more than 2.5MB in size). I mentioned that if they give me an email address I can send them the other photos as evidence.
They just ignored it all and said they do not consider the BBQ as faulty and can not assist as it's not a manufacturing fault. first of all, no proper investigation has been carried out to determine this outcome, also there is a warranty on the product that is entirely ignored. I would advise strongly against this product and their support.

I have had a number of product from Charles Bentley over the years and always been happy with them.. I will be looking at their garden furniture we I move to my new house. Highly Recommended

I am absolutely disgusted with this company, i haven't recieved my order from you or any confirmation, yet the moneys been taken. I have tried several times to call you but cannot for life of me get through. Ive sent fb messages, Instagram messages, emails to you. Not one has been acknowledged. Shame on you. I want my money back you thieves.

Fairly decent prices, quality of products are not so good. We bought an outdoor table, it arrived with damage so they replaced it. The replaced table also had damage -- perhaps from the courier's handling. The outdoor table itself has not lasted one winter, and what was labeled as "solid wood outdoor table" now has what looks like veneer peeling off.

Misleading product descriptions and customer service seems satisfactory.

I ordered a garden parasol which got lost in the post! so why 5 stars? because their customer service to sort it out was brilliant. a special mention for Thomas, the young man who dealt with it. A refund of the extra postage, and a new one put in the post with express delivery. It arrived in less than 48 hours, and we are pleased with the product - a navy blue, crank and tilt 2.7m umbrella. It works well, looks fine, and we're looking forward to using it.
