Fitting supplied via Toolstation, collet missing, had to proceed with court action to recover damages. RWC lost the fitting-preventing independent review!

I use Wavin Hep 2O products. A little more expensive but don’t leak. I’m sure the Quality has gone downhill on John Guest Products.
