Mail Boxes Etc. Putney

Amazing place! I was there just today, had to get some thick materials cut, they used their heavy duty guillotine for it. Tim also cut all my B1 papers into A3 formats, as I needed. I also used their graphic design services, Tim was so patient and helpful and efficient, it was such a pleasure to be taken care of by him at this place. I can't recommend this place enough. I also printed on the A3 sheets and it looks so clean, sharp, and beautiful. Please give them a visit, as an artist or a writer, you won't be disappointed, they know their stuff and can help with anything you need. Thanks, Tim :)

Very helpful, enlarged all my cross stitch patterns, now I can see them to do them, I highly recommend this shop. They do loads of stuff mailing, copying, laminating etc. You will not be disappointed.

Great service with a low amount of staff. The guys here have helped us out on several occasions and at very short notice. They’ve helped with posting parcels abroad to difficult locations and printing high quality POS.

For any service related to Mail, this place will definitely attend your needs beyond of your expectations. The staff is very polite, so helpful and offer a high quality service for a fair price. From a custom pack or simple printing until right skills for dispatching in terms of forms filling and all the bureaucracies, I personally had an excepcional service. Highly recommended.

Got the orders of service I had designed printed here for my mum's funeral and the service was great. Fast turn around, graphic design help to make sure the printing came out how I wanted it, and very sensitive service. Thank you!

AVOID...poor services, irresponsible customer service and ignorant. I had a terrible experience with their Putney branch recently. I have sent a parcel with Fedex via this branch and it was suppose to arrive last Saturday 4th September 2021 to Qatar. Th parcel however did not arrive on time and after 4 days of delay no one is giving us any clear answer about the reason of the delay or the current situation and location of the parcel. even though I was told by the branch staff that the service is guaranteed to arrive on time but they are now refusing to take any responsibility. After contacting the branch for several times begging them for a update, I went to the shop in person to see the branch manager. Mark was rude and useless. He refused to send me any email regarding the latest on my parcel delivery. He insulted me in many ways constantly calling me a lier and somehow kicking me out of the shop. He even told me do not move your hands when you are taking to me. When I asked him to chase the parcel with FEDEX, he refused saying there is nothing he can do but to wait. Meanwhile FEDEX is playing a game asking us to contact the third party (Mail boxes ect). The parcel was crucial to arrive on time as it was work related and my company's reputation has been severely damaged by this awful delay. We are desperate to learn about the fate of our parcel but no one is taking responsibility. I would never recommend Mail Boxes ect and would never use them again.
