Hobbycraft Maidstone

The best place in Maidstone for your craft needs. Large, spacious and well laid out store. Prices in general are good although you do need to check individual items. Sometimes there can be large queues at the tills and can be difficult on occasion to find staff if you need some advice.

Took my child to spend her birthday money. As always too much for them to choose from, which is a good thing! Well stocked and clean store, staff were helpful and friendly when I had a query. A large Cricut equipment and accessories selection and a big clearance section upstairs too. Halloween and Christmas stock now in store. Kudos to the member of staff who was painting 2 large paper pumpkins for the display 🎃!

Went into the store to pick up an online order. Had a quick look around the store to see if i could find something as a birthday present for a 5 year old boy, but couldnt really find anything which caught my eye and was a fair price for someone in my childs class. Picked up my order from the till and the member of staff checked everything over for me as the order sheet mentioned a sub. I had been given an item whcih was priced more due to them selling out of what i had ordered online. Overall happy with my experience and would return to the maidstone branch again.

Hobbycraft was excellent, huge range of crafts and some amazing deals. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend going there, and especially if you have a project in mind but not exactly certain what you will need.

A favourite shop of mine, although prices are quite high an excellent range of craft materials, (check in to "The Range" next door for considerably cheaper options)
Major problem though is CAR PARKING, it was totally blocked up when I visited, took over 20mins queue to get in to the car park despite free spaces available and over half an hour to get back out after shopping. Just awful traffic flow problems.

Favourite shop! Always so neat and tidy! All the staff were very friendly too and eager to help

Nice store over 2 floors, covering a wide range of arts and crafts. Lovely staff, my only complaint is how slow the checkout process is.
