Utter ripoff. Last week I went there to change my left over (Indian rupees ) from my travel to India. The Indian currency (rupee) was at 93 rupees for every pound. So I had assumed that they will buy me rupees and give me 1 pound for 94 rupees or 95 rupees (including their commission for sale). So I tried to change. I was quite shocked when I noticed that several of my notes were not taken by them on the pretext that they were not perfectly 'clean' and even the notes they took, they charged me a whopping 121 rupees for every pound. That is a PROFIT of about 27 or 26 rupees for every POUND they sold me. (And then they will sell these rupees back to other customers who need the rupee for such exhorbitant profits). Shame on NM Money. Please go to some other currency exchange group like UAE exchange etc. They are more reasonable.

I was served by Ivy and she was able to deal with my request of transferring left over currency back to me.
