If you are visiting London and a fan of spas (who isn't?), you must book an appointment here!! I can't say enough good things about our experience. Skip to the end if you're not in the mood for reading through our epic journey.

To start with, everyone we spoke to was so delightful - I had several phone calls with the owner (I believe he was) as I tried to schedule for a same day appointment with my confusing schedule (usually from a cell in various crowded places around London) and he was so patient and sweet. As for the facilities, the steam room is really amazing and we had a private room plus the steam room to ourselves for our couples treatment.

I'll have to do a multi-part walk through for all the services we had. First was the herbal steam room treatment where we stayed for about ten minutes to open our pores (attached is a picture of the room - it was so neat!) and then they came in when we were properly sweated out and steamy to begin our body scrub treatment (the traditional Moroccan scrub with the kese mit). They were very thorough and my skin feels like silk now- the treatment itself felt great (scrubbing and continually pouring warm water over our bodies throughout) and wasn't painful at all; I have very sensitive skin, so you should be safe.

Next was the oil bubble massage in the steam room - they made a huge tub of bubbles and repeatedly applied them using a warm towel (again, heavenly feeling). You must do this just for the experience of having the ultimate bubble bath! It smelled so good and was an excellent massage (the oil and water combo = no skin friction). After this, they provided us with clay to apply to our bodies and spend another 10 minutes relaxing in the steam room as the clay did its work.

After that, we transitioned into our massage chamber for an hour long full body treatment. I've been having regular massages since I was about 10 (my mom would take me) and I've been to just about every type of therapy- from medical massages to subscription massage clinics to resort spas and I genuinely think this was the best massage I've ever had. The pressure was perfect and he very capably worked into my muscles to release tension where it was most needed.

After the massages, they quietly left to prepare our tea (just slipped away and allowed us to bask undisturbed in our post-massage glow; which literally never happens after a massage- it's a business, they normally whisper something like "hope you enjoyed it, I'll be back in five minutes to collect your payment"). They directed us back to our private room to clean up and dress before heading into yet another area with super legit Moroccan decor to enjoy our Moroccan tea and desserts- again, pretty much just leaving us on our own to stay for as long as we liked!

Other things to note...

1. They suggest to bring a swimsuit, but I did not have one and so they draped me with a towel. I honestly think I preferred that over wearing a swimsuit. They were extremely polite and professional and it was not at all uncomfortable. The draping was maintained throughout the several turns required for the treatment.

2. Ambiance was absolutely perfect; soft lighting, comfortable temperature in the massage room, and what I believe was Moroccan music playing lightly throughout all of the rooms.

3. So inexpensive for what it is! I don't know why the other reviewer mentioned the cost as a negative, but I'm from the U.S. and this was dirt cheap for how high scale the experience was! An average massage (not at a resort) is about the same price as the two hours we spent here with about four/five treatments! These guys worked hella hard and I would like to petition them to move to Atlanta where they could comfortably charge around $500 for the services they provided. Haha

4. Super pleasant people with soothing voices and masterful hands- basically, the masseuse A-Team.

TLDR; Awesome massages and spa experience provided by professionals in a peaceful environment with very reasonable (or unreasonably low) prices!

Lovely experience!!! Had a lovely day here, highly recommend the supreme Turkish bath and the back massages! Me and my partner both really enjoyed every moment. We even had a few dishes from the restaurant too which were yummy. Even after your treatments they do not push you away to get out but let you stay on the premises until you wish to go.

Really great time. We bought the basic package but we got a private changing room with adjoining steam room. The scrub was excellent. You should wear a bikini and not a one piece. It was very relaxed and good value. We paid for an additional hair mask and head massage for my girlfriend, she said it was nice, but left her hair very knotty.

The outside & main reception bit is a bit dodgy looking but once you get taken to the changing room its nice and cosy. The actual spa was clean and big. The two gentlemen that done our treatments were very professional and polite. We had a valentines day package and the treatments were lovely, came out feeling very relaxed. Me and my partner loved it & would defiantly come back :)

Well what an interesting experience. When I arrived I felt uncomfortable and was left thinking what the hell have I just booked. Felt like running out of the door! The website and marketing looked absolute top notch but when I arrived felt like it was the complete opposite. It is a hotel but I would say a 2/3* if that. However I was most shocked that men were doing the treatment!! But they were lovely and did a great job. So I cannot knock them for that. However the changing room facilities were terrible. Was just a dark room and that was it. Wasn’t what I expected at all. The room itself where treatment was done was big but I wouldn’t recommend. The men who did the job deserve to work in much better facilities. I hope they are getting paid good ! They certainly need to spend money on the decor inside. They should also advertise men are doing the treatment as some women may feel uncomfortable.

I went there with my girlfriend for hammam treatment and full body massage. The treatment was very nice and professional. The massage was good but more for relaxation rather than for treatment. Both of us had men to do the work which put me off a bit, but the guys were very professional to be honest. The only bad thing was the aesthetic of the facilities. Not unpleasant but not the best quality either. It looked a bit old. Needs some refurbishment.

Honestly? One of the best spas I have ever been to. Was sceptical at first but hidden within the depths of the whole Pasha entity me and my mum were given a private room, excellent service and they made such nice efforts for her birthday. Totally recommend, though it is quite expensive.

Cannot recommend the spa enough. Yes, the decor is a little outdated, but that is the least important factor. The staff are extremely friendly and skilled, and the service is excellent. Treatments were excellent and the masseur found a sore spot almost immediately and worked it out... I feel great! And the price is super reasonable.
