Great facilities with free parking for visitors. Even a few parking places to charge EVs. Main Swimming pool is 25m and similar depth throughout so perfect for new swimmers or the less mobile who wish to AquaWalk during the quieter mid-week Public Swimming sessions. (Taunton Pool has a much larger and deeper pool). The small pool seems very popular with the very young. Always good to hear the laughter from there while using the main pool. Also has a comprehensive Gym, Probably less well known, it also has a Toning Suite so that the elderly or those recovering from injury can exercise to their own limits and build up strength and flexibility with the support of the machines. The spa can also be accessed either regularly as part of a membership package, or as one off pampering sessions for special occasions. Also rooms for group training or parties, and fields for team sports, Comprehensive.

The staff are fantastic. The individual equipment stations are great. But the weight training gym needs planning. For example there is only one squat rack. One gym member gets on that first thing, then does squats, deadlifts then parallel rows. Meaning that nobody else can get to those core movements if they are on a deadline for work

Soft play area is vile to say the least. I took 2 one year olds there last week and I was discussed with the cleanliness of the place considering we have just come out of a global pandemic is horrendous. There was mouldy food on the floor, mouldy sandwiches inside the ball pit and a thick layer of dust meaning we couldn’t even use one level of the soft play. I’d love to take my complaint further but I can’t locate an email to contact anybody. Word of warning DO NOT take your children to this soft play.

Really lovely receptionist who knows her stuff and is friendly as well as efficient.
The mechanics are polite and helpful as well .
Recommend them for MOTs .
Both my cars go there and I've had excellent service for the two years that I've been with them .

Called them, But no answer. So I drove there, and all the main staff were outside smoking and chatting to eachother. I went to talk to them, and asked for their services, and they replied quite rudely. Won’t be going back again.

Nice big gym pool, sauna, and spa is worth the money always clean tidy and staff are always willing to help, also got tennis courts, running track and lockers to keep your gym gear in .

Nice and local but changing rooms need cleaning makes for a very unpleasant swim when you reach the changing rooms pictures says it all!

Worst place ever!! ANY reliable information cannot be obtained. Each employee says different things and they are very good at hiding important information like double payments. I was told that as a member I would be able to use other pools in the area, only forgot to add that it wouldn't work without a gym package. Compete mess with direct debits. I get an error when I try to get a response on the website.
Not good value for money too.
