Very nice room in a great spot for any visitors of the Castle and Cathedral to have a drink

Very limited on sandwiches and cakes. Had a very tasteless sandwich which was still in the plastic container. Had to ask them to clean the table as they were trying to put our plates and cups down on a dirty table. Didn't bring any milk for my tea, I had to go and ask for some. Got given a badly chipped milk jug. The staff didn't know what they were doing and they didn't appear to care either. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I walked in, staff were lovely, quite expensive though, my ham and cheese crossiant was very hard and not warm, I felt like I was eating in someone's living room, a little too cosy for me

Second time here. Service awful. Poorly paid staff I guess. Coffee and croissant 5.25 and croissant microwaved to death. very slow service although empty. No more visits.

Took over 20 minutes for a coffee and a Tesco pastry. Pastry was soggy. Coffee was cold.

Tea served in disposable cardboard “cups”. No toilet facilities. Expensive for what it is. What went for tea( bags) was pretty tasteless. Milk for the tea also served in cardboard “cup”

Gorgeous cakes, amazing hot chocolate, great service. This is a gem of a coffee shop. Better than any chain!!
