Ware Delivery Office

Fabulous - best Royal Mail delivery office available. I take my business post on a 16 mile round trip 3 times a week to use this office rather than my useless local one! The staff are superb, friendly and really helpful and they are a pleasure to deal with in this day and age of terrible customer service. Well done guys you do a great job!

Why do the post office think that marsh lane in ware 10 miles from my home is convenient to pick up parcels .when there is A post office in buntingford 5 mins walk from where I live.

Adrian (Ade) Foxall was amazing today my mrs got locked out with the dog he went out of his way to help her by offering her his jacket and calling a lock smith and also allowed her to contact myself amazing guy glad he is my postman diamond bloke cant thank him enough

Hard to find as the sat nav takes you to the next road which is the back of the building and there's no entrance there. Polite staff , got my parcel , no problems to report .

Can't fault the staff but parking is always a nightmare. Easier to walk if you can.

Always good service. Awkward to park but that's not RM's problem.
