Gentle Dentistry

I had a double filling performed by Ed, and the whole customer experience was excellent. Choice of your music to settle the nerves was a nice touch, and despite being in the chair for 90 or so minutes it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I was expecting 😃 Both teeth needed to be drilled out, but no pain at all and both look brilliant with the white filling material. Ed totally put me at ease for the whole time and I am really happy with the result.

Dan + his team are professional, empathetic + highly skilled. Going through the process of having most of my previous dental work renewed due to wear and tear, for the first time ever I no longer dread ‘the dentist’ and actually look forward to seeing Dan and his team knowing I am in safe, skilled, holistic hands, each visit bringing me closer to a healthy, strong, good looking set of teeth. Thank you.

I have been with Gentle Dentistry for many years and had I not found them I doubt I would still have my teeth as I had severe gum disease.
Dan and the whole team are fantastic, professional, friendly and the level of care provided is faultless.
I'm also quite needle phobic, especially when it comes to my mouth, but all treatments with Dan have been painless and stress free. I can't recommend them highly enough :)

First time visiting gentle dentistry today and I was very impressed with the treatment I received. As someone who finds dental treatment very anxiety provoking, I found the service to be incredibly reassuring. The dentist (Edward) and assistant (Miya) we’re very kind and gave me distraction and put on my choice of music which helped a lot. Although expensive (private practice), I feel I got what I paid for. Would highly recommend.

Gentle Dentistry are absolutely brilliant - very accommodating, high quality, efficient and up to date, smart facilities. All staff are very welcoming and friendly and Dan is a fantastic Dentist. After having a brace (referred by GD to an Orthodontist as they don't do orthodontics themselves) and then having whitening, my teeth are now unrecognisable! Very pleased with the results, and with all other visits - routine and hygienist etc. The Hygienist is very good - very informative! Can't remember her name.

Thank you so much to Dan and the team for looking after me so well! I hadn't been to the Dentist for quite some time and had been experiencing TMJ problems (jaw pain, headaches and shoulder pain). I was a bit anxious about my visit but Dan immediately put me at ease and calmly talked me through a plan to get my dental health back under control. He made me an appliance to correct my bite and the pain improved in just days. From the welcoming modern practice to the friendly, professional team, I cannot recommend Gentle Dentistry highly enough.

Dan has an exceptional and refreshing attitude to the provision of dental care for his patients. Not only is he a skilled and knowledgable dentist who keeps himself at the cutting edge of his profession, but he is also an extremely calm, reassuring and caring man who puts his patients’ needs first. As a dentist myself, I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and the whole team that he has developed around him who all have the same, wonderful priority of patient care. Before going here, I wasn't a fan of going to the dentist as I've had bad experiences at other dental surgeries. Gentle Dentistry is unlike any other dentist I've visited - a modern practice with very friendly, reassuring staff who clearly explain everything during your appointments. You are never made to feel rushed, and the quality of care is incredible. I've had work done by Eduard and honestly didn't feel a thing, he did a fantastic job! Thanks again 😊
