I hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years due to a irrational fear.

I decided in my 30s it was time to grow up, and get my teeth looked at and finally cleaned properly.

Dr Jagatiya made me feel very comfortable and did a great job.

My teeth haven't not felt or looked as good as this as long as I can remember. Not ashamed of the look anymore.

Had invisalign here and would totally recommend. Dr Jagatiya made me feel very comfortable with this treatment and explained everything clearly... Which was a great help as I was pretty anxious! All the dentists and nurses I encountered were very friendly, approachable and kind. I'm really happy with the outcome and this service.

Dr Anim and Charlotte are most professional and reassuring as are the receptionists.

I have been with the practice for approx 24 yrs now and cannot praise the care, service and professionalism highly enough. I have always been able to book appt's and see my dentist in a timely manner usaully at a time to suit me, even in the odd emergency. I have recently undertaken some Invisalign dental treatment which lasted 36 weeks. The subsequent improvement in my tooth alignment was beyond my wildest expectations with only the minimum of personal inconvenience. I thoroughly recommend Dental Smiles and all the team in Chelmsford.

With an underlying health condition of fluctuating mobility and energy levels; the practice opened early and Dr Katy and colleagues performed emergency dental treatment with empathy, skill and great results plus a follow-up call! Rarely seen attributes nowadays and deeply appreciated.

Today I felt humiliated as new NHS patient by your clinic. After waiting one year in the waiting list I finally got an appointment as new NHS patient today at 9.15. Because personal circumstances I arrived at the appointment 15mins late. I kindly asked if the dentist could see me anyway and I have been told "NO" (that was understandable). BUT, I have been also told that I missed the opportunity to be NHS patient at the clinic because I missed this appointment.
I think this is not fair, I waited 1 year to be seen as NHS patient, the clinic could have been more flexible, if they could not see me today, they could have rebook a new appointment. But I think because I shown up as NHS patient, they felt brave enough to slam them door on my face (figurative). I walked out of the clinic saying thanks, while the receptionist was sniggering with her colleague.

I would just like to say thank you to Siobhan and Manish for making me feel comfortable and informed with what was happening during my appointment. If anyone is anxious going to the dentist then I would recommend these two!! (my apologies if I’ve spelt your names wrong)
