Wivenhoe Dental Practice

Have had excellent service from the team at Wivenhoe Dental Practice over the past few years I have been with them. Dentist is very gentle and understands how to put a nervous patient at ease. Now come to the top of the waiting list at my local practice so sadly saying goodbye to them.
Would highly recommend to anyone!

Removed me from the practice without letting me know then when I tried to book an appointment refused me and tried getting me to go private. Treatments have also been under par. Practice manager also very unhelpful and no compassion. Do not use.

I have tried to contact this dental surgery on many occasions, but haven't had any luck getting through to someone, to speak to. I have also left messages, but no one has contacted me. I need to make an appointment for a checkup, for myself, and family. Unfortunately i totally forgot to attend checkup appointment just before Christmas. However, i did leave a message on the answer phone, to apologise about that.

Always had excellent service from this practice. Always found reception staff and clinicians to be very helpful,polite and professional.

Thank you so much to Dr Pri for doing my composite build up on my broken front tooth at short notice! It looks great and I'm really happy with your work! Wonderful professional service, felt so comfortable in her hands and the nurse and reception staff were lovely too, so all in all a very relaxing and comfortable experience!

Had to have a extraction this morning, can not praise the practice enough.
The dentist and her assistant cheryl were fantastic. Totally put you at ease.
Considering i had a tooth out i didn't feel anything. Well done for overall experience from phoning yesterday to removal this morning. Cheers all stay safe

I've been coming here for a few years. Each time it has got better. Today I had to have a procedure and thanks to the professionalism and warmth of Priya and Daria, it went very smooth and I was out within 30 mins. I couldn't recommend them enough and I do not enjoy visits to the dentist! But if Priya and Daria deal with me each time, I will back them all the way.
