Went to see Cat the hygienist and she did an incredible job!! My teeth had some staining from smoking and she made them look good as new. Cat was very polite and had good banter ☺️ Overall a great experience and so happy with the result !!!! Thanks Cat.

A very positive experience. I was seem promptly by the Hygienist who gave me excellent care and treatment. The Dentist was running a little late so the kind Receptionist made me a cup of tea to drink whilst I waited. I had excellent care from the Dentist for my annual check.

I have always had excellent treatment at Riverhead Dental Practice . I recently had to have emergency treatment and it was outstanding. Thank you to Patricia and Nazia for all your care and I am very pleased to be pain free again. I would not hesitate to recommend Riverhead Dental Practice. Definitely 5 stars

Online consultation, £50 appointment booking fee paid, appointment booked, arrived at Riverhead practice to be informed sorry you haven't got an appointment. It took enough time building the courage to book a appointment to then be let down. Not only missing front tooth not fixed as promised but I now have to wait up to 30 days for PayPal to refund the booking fee. I would recommend staying well clear of this dentist and not paying in advance due to risk of not being provided with the agreed or expected service. Update to practice reply. I was informed when contacted by reception an appointment was available for 4pm on the Monday and once the payment was made that booking would be official. Why would I not beleive the information I am given? The fee was paid as I was informed that appointment was available. If I was given an appointment for some days later I would have looked elsewhere and not made a PayPal payment.

I can't praise the staff at Riverhead Dental Practice enough. On arrival at the dental surgery on 18.06.20, I advised Dr Amie Patel how nervous and scared I was but I needn't have worried, as both Dr Patel and her nurse were lovely and really made me feel at ease. They both made what could have been an awful experience for me, less pain free and bearable than I had imagined it would be. I would definitely recommend Riverhead Dental Practice and Dr Patel and her nurse.

Dr Patricia is brilliant. She puts you at ease and takes the time to explain everything very well. Both my sons had Invisalign braces with Dr Patricia and Dr Rimi and the result is fantastic, much better than when they had fixed braces with another local orthodontist years ago. Catherine the hygienist is wonderful too and she and her assistant are always very thorough. I would certainly recommend the practice. Am very happy I moved there recently after an awful experience with another local dentist.

I recently moved to the area and was in agony with tooth ache and developed an abscess. From the start the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and professional. She was able to give me advice to manage the pain and arranged an immediate emergency appointment. The dentist was fantastic and explained the procedure and was excellent throughout.

Highly recommend this practice.
