Dental Care Centre

I have been using this dental care centre since 2018 during my pregnancy and until now. I have always been looked after by front desk staff and dentist themselves. They have an excellent service.
Now my son has had his 3rd appointment for dental check and being 3.5yrs old he's always been comfortable attending this clinic.
Sad to see our dentist leave Dr Kumar, he's an excellent dentist towards our care. Hope he'll enjoy more of his family time.
Met our new dentist last week and my son already created a bond with her.
Thank you staff for your continuous service. I'm just lucky to have a good rapport with you all. :-D

I have been attending this caring and professional dental practice for some years now. All the receptionist have, impeccable customer services skills, particularly a lady called Debbie. What I like about my particular dentist at the practice is that he always gives alternatives in resolving a dental issue, which allows the patient to decide what's best for them. It's never one sided and if you wanted, you could even seek secondary advise from other practitioners at the surgery to alleviate your fears.
I'm happy with this dental practice.

An exceptional dental practice. After fifteen years of being a patient at the centre I have complete faith and praise for the wonderful quality of care they have provided myself over all of these years.

From the friendly and welcoming reception team who truly know and relate to their patients to the team of dentists and support team who provide huge experience. The tea take the time needed to provide detailed and trusted advice, options and objective recommendations and make patients feel relaxed and individual. NHS and private treatment options are clarified in the patient’s interest and never with a view to purely seeking private work.

As a practice their communication between appointments, flexibility with evening and Saturday appointments and updates on advancements in their treatments and quality of care have been greatly appreciated.

Attending dental appointments can be a source of anxiety so to knowing that you are in such welcoming and caring hands makes such a difference. Hard to imagine a better and more caring practice.

- I was on their waiting list - a cancellation was made, I was contacted in the morning and by lunch time I was seen.
- Staff smiled at me as I walked through the corridor (for a brief moment I wondered if I resembled a well-liked staff member!)
- Friendly and helpful receptionists.
- The dentist I saw was informative, had great bedside manner and made me laugh (I have already recommended her to a relative).

A friendly team of professionals, who go out of their way to put you at ease, the dentists themselves are outstanding, and i know that sounds like hyperbole, but they truly are. Delivering excellent care under trying conditions I've never experienced dental care like it, they talk to you, not at you, as information is the key to good oral hygiene, if i knew what i know now as a younger adult my teeth would be telling a different story. Thank you to all at this practice.

Great dentist, had a pain-free root canal 3 years ago and no issues since. I am moving out of the area but will stay with this dentists because I really trust them by now. Lovely reception staff as well.

Having not been to the dentist for over 10 years, due to a phobia, it was clearly long overdue and I couldn’t have been more nervous. From the moment I got into the dental surgery I was welcomed with big smiles from the receptionists who were wonderful at putting me at ease and distracting me. I had to have three extractions performed by Anisa and assisted by Alex. They were amazing, not a word I would’ve ever associated with the dentist.
But they have now made me feel so much better about going to the dentist.

I have been with the Dental Care Centre since they opened their practice about 20 years ago . Even though I moved a bit further away, I have not changed my dentists. Always greeted by a friendly and helpful reception. And treated by a friendly, experienced, professional dentist, Mr Prasad. He makes me feel relaxed, I feel so safe. He explains what he will do and tells me his findings and if necessary, any treatment. Finally, he encourages me to continue what am doing well and advises me on where I need to improve for a healthy overall oral health. I am very hapoy with the Dental Care Centre and recommend them any day.
