Primrose Hill Dental Practice

The dentist is not sure of himself and not good at performing root canals. He needs to stick to cleanings and cosmetic types of procedures. I was a fool for trusting him. I could tell he was a bit nervous - now I know why.

After an hour and a half, he indicated that time was up and that he would search for the other canal at a later date (unspecified). I've had two root canals in the U.S. and was shocked that this guy couldn't get the job done in one visit. What was the rush, another patient? No, he was in a hurry to eat his lunch. Doc, you need to get the job done and not put patients through the stress of having anesthesia twice just so you can get a lunch break. The price was about $1000 U.S. dollars.

The waiver that I signed, reluctantly but did it anyway and shouldn't have, pretty much lets him off the hook for gross negligence. My lips are BURNED and I'm in worse pain now than when I arrived. It's supposed to be sore, but he did a hack job on my molar - tapping and generally rough as heck while I was numb. He could not figure out where the last canal was. I could tell he was struggling. His skill level is that of a resident right out of dental school.

Get your teeth cleaned here but do not trust him with a Root Canal. He should have told me to go to an endodontist.

Beware how this place treats customers. Happy to take my business elsewhere. PH Dental -- please check your messages before discarding customers who were loyal for 5+ years. Beware Google.

At first this practice seems very legitimate - but beware, the dentist is not experienced enough to provide the services that he purports he can deliver. They asked me to sign a release which basically let's them off the hook for any damage done to me during a procedure. In pain, I reluctantly signed it and am sorry I did because the dentist is grossly inexperienced and unsure of himself. He said that he performed a partial root canal but after going elsewhere to a TRAINED endodontist specialist, I learned from the x-rays that I had been lied to by Primrose Dental. They had not cleaned out two of the roots of the root canal, they had only attempted a root canal and for about 90 minutes I was put through chemicals in my mouth swishing around (smelled of chlorine) and completely unprofessional. In short, his work was shoddy. Do not go to this place. I paid them over a thousand pounds and feel completely victimized.

It has been a great experience and I will come back for any dental care I may need. The attention, care, information given and treatment have been perfect. I am very happy with the result.

My long time dentist recently retired and I needed a local dentist.
Primrose hill dental was the closest to home so I tried this.
I am so glad I did.
All of the staff were really professional and helpful, the receptionist went out of her way to ensure my visits were quick and easy, Rebecca the nurse was friendly and calming and the dentist talked me through each step of the procedures and gave me a choice of options.
I'm a very happy patient.
