My whole family have been coming here for several years now. The staff are polite and friendly, and our dentist asks after my daughter, who's at Uni, while treating me. Always a good experience, and I'm confident our teeth are being well looked after.

Very good care! Dr Trusha Carr was polite, caring and very helpful. Gave me a constructive feedback about my teeth, EDUCATED on how to care for my teeth and which toothpaste to use and answered lots of (probably stupid) questions unlike most dentists which tell you off and look down on you. The visit was very positive and it felt like seeing a good friend rather than a dentist. For a long time I felt comfortable on a dentist chair as most of my experience was very negative and full of judgment. Would 100% recommend Dr Trusha Carr to a friend or family and most of all I will definitely be coming back to this dentist (which I don't usually do).

Use to really rate them, now I've been seen once in nearly 3yrs and not through my lack of effort and the pandemic is not entirely to blame. Can never get an appointment or to talk to someone, when I have got an appt it's been cancelled for ludicrous reasons (eg. my 'usual' dentist has left... I saw my 'usual' dentist once and not by my choice as they moved me from my usual dentist). It's just a shame a community service is not supporting it's community members that want healthy teeth!

Would not rate customers service. Can never get NHS appointment but can if go private!!!! Cancel appointments for no reason and when you phone to reschedule - they don't have anything to offer. Bad service!!!!

Had an appointment today first it was an Emergency appointment at a later date then they had a cancellation but they still charged me an emergency appointment, my crown fell out the dentist wanted to see if my crown fitted but she couldn’t take it back out again so the dentist charged me £68 for 10 mins of pain trying to yank out my crown that they couldn’t fix as they couldn’t get it out so I said leave it. The dentist was so rough it was a lady dentist.

I thought I would go back there as they put the crown in before covid19 but never again, it's a shame Red lodge dentist was so nice before covid19 but it gone downhill. I have a lovely dentist now in Newmarket, I should have gone there to fix my crown .

Terrible, I would not recommend the getting fixed braces unless your going private as when your not private they make you feel like they are doing you a favour and don’t consider how you feel. I don’t wish that pain anyone as if your getting braces is obviously because there’s something about your teeth you want to fix that doesn’t please you and that process is quite delicate and having that procedure done and feeling like your not being heard or supported is terrible.

Have been trying to get an appointment here for nearly 3 years but still to no avail. Have been told they won't get me an appointment unless I pay them privately 🙄. They seem more concerned with making money than providing the care they are supposed to.
