M L Crowe Ipswich Dental Practices

Had a cracked tooth and an infection had set in. I called just after 9am on a friday. Mr. Crowe saw me at 11am. He advised on treatments. I opted to have the tooth removed, no dramas, injection, tooth out. Mr Crowe is a very understanding dentist, easy going and friendly, as are all the staff that I had interaction with. Had a dental emergency (cracked tooth) and this was the only dentist that had an emergency number that was actually picked up by himself! The dentist I am registered with did not even bother being open today or having an emergency number. The service was excellent from dentist to reception. The Covid procedures were well documented and organised. This was the first dentist that I have been to that actually do local anaesthetic that made me feel 0% pain. I always thought there was pain after local anaesthetic from experience from other dentists. I am very impressed and I highly recommend this dentist. That said I was also very impressed that the amount charged for the private treatment was very fairly priced and well below what was estimated on the phone. Good to see somebody not doing Covid gouge pricing. I highly recommend this excellent dentist and wish him all the best as he is a gem in his profession.

As a very nervous patient, but in a lot of pain and unable to eat, I contacted M L Crowe Dental Practice on the recommendation of a friend. I’m so pleased I did. Friendly yet professional service from all members of staff; clean, tidy and pleasant smelling premises at Great Colman St and best of all a dentist that understood my trepidation, had a good sense of humour and quite literally put me out of my misery within 30 minutes! I’ve even booked to go back, which is a first for me in about 20 years and hopefully I’m on the road to extinguishing my mortal fear of dentists! Highly recommended A+

Absolutely brilliant service. I am not a fan of the dentist after an unfortunate event going back to my childhood and as a result I have sadly not looked after my teeth as well as I should have. This is the second time I have needed to visit Dr Crowe and on both occasions he and his team have been outstanding, friendly and non judgemental. The service offered is great in so far as you can call on the day and usually be seen within a very short time. In my case two and a half hours after calling. How amazing is that when you are in considerable pain? Today I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was dealt with in a stress free manner, no fuss and no drama. I felt confident and relaxed (well as relaxed as one can be in that situation!). Job done and I am now back at home resting. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice and I have no doubt I will be visiting Dr Crowe and his team again. Thank you guys!

I had a cavity which was affecting my ability to eat and drink. Mr Crowe did a partial filling and was painless. I can honestly say my overall experience was truly marvellous, the reception staff were so friendly, Mr Crowe is a top man who know's his work and his assistant was top class also. Thank you all very much.

My husband had raging toothache Wednesday night. I phoned our dentist he was off sick. Phoned Mr Crowe and they were able to see my husband at 10.15. He had broken a wisdom tooth in half. After x-ray the tooth was extracted. Mr Crowe and his staff were very caring and understanding and we can now enjoy Christmas. Thank you to you all and happy Christmas

Hadn't been to the dentist for years and was fearing the worst. However, Mr Crowe treated my emergency within an hour of making the call, and limited the damage to two extractions which he did expertly in a couple of minutes. The cost was minimal and I feel I got good value for my money.

Having been with a NHS dentist in Ipswich which gave me terrible service (won't mention their name).

Dr Crowe is the best dentist I've been to for many many years! He corrected 5 years of terrible work in 2 appointments. Best yet....it was pain free. I'm just gutted I didn't go to him years ago.
