Blackbrook Dental Practice

Booked a check up as was told people were getting struck off for not going through covid. Booked 3-4 weeks ahead for 8.45am.
Day before appointment received an email saying it was 8.50, then in the afternoon a text saying it was 9am. Called the practice and spent 20 minutes as no.1 on the call list only to be cut off. Then call back and the practice has shut 15 mins early!
Always had fairly poor service but last visit, dentist was incredibly gentle so was giving another chance. Won't bother now! Very very poorly managed! Patients are the least important people to them clearly!

Emailed reception to try and get an appointment. Granted I had not been since registering but there has been covid! The rude email I got back is utterly shocking. I cannot believe the "reception team" think its acceptable to speak to people so poorly. I would advise people to find a dentist without such rude staff.

The whole family actually really enjoy coming to this dental surgery.
Our Dentist Martin is a great dentist. He is thorough and professional, engages brilliantly with the kids and is genuinely nice. Truly skilled dentistry. His assistants have changed over the years but are always attentive and make the all too common fearful 'going to the dentist' experience a good one.

My experience of this practice has been very good. Alison on reception & my Dentist David have both been first class. As a nervous patient they have made me feel welcomed & totally at ease. Very lucky to have them.

I saw a new dentist twice this week for some work. Rana I believe. I was very impressed with the service in that everything was explained to what will happen, why it will happen which made me feel at ease. Great job, thanks!

I just had a filling removed and replaced and I was so worried. But the dentist, Angus, was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable and felt calm. He told me everything he was doing and how it might feel. I’ve never felt more looked after at the dentist! I won’t be scared next time that’s for sure
