Eve was exceptional couldn't wish for a better dentist. For a complicated patient she really was a hero in disguise. Kept me calm and took her time even running overtime to get the job done correctly and at the same keeping the customer happy. <3

I am a 58 year old man who's life experiences around dentists hasn't been the best. Unfortunately my love for sweets and the like and my inability to look after my teeth led to not having many of my own left! I spoke with my dentist Eve Cain about the possibility of dentures, unfortunately I'm allergic to titanium so implants weren't an option and eventually after much soul searching I decided to give it a chance.
Eve made me a plan of several visits were impressions were taken, a couple of broken teeth were repaired, some that had broken off and needed removing and others that just needed taking out. Photos, lots of photos were also taken and then my new teeth were put in.
Every step of the way Eve explained everything, what she was doing, why she was doing it and what I could expect at each stage. She was absolutely amazing. I trusted her to do what she'd promised and for me to smile again without the self doubt of my horrible teeth.
Regardless of what life throws at us, I smile. When I have my photo taken, I smile. It is without any doubt one of the best decisions I've ever made, trusting in the ability of my wonderful dentist who's patience and skill as given me confidence and self belief I didn't realise had been damaged so much.
It's now been a few weeks since I had my new teeth and with every passing day they become more a part of me. The irony of cleaning my dentures twice a day, brushing my remaining teeth twice a day along with mouth care etc isn't lost on me. It isn't a chore it's something I take pleasure in because of what it gives me in return. The only negative being I wish I'd realised that 50 years ago.
I wish I'd had a dentist like Eve all those years ago but I'm so happy she's my dentist now.

Mr Bardell and assistant were very calming through the appointment and explained all treatments to me. Front of house were also well mannered and met my requests swiftly.
Dentist are not the first place to go, but when I needed help with my issues and treatment all was met with professionalism, and empathy to meet an end of comfort and confidence in the results of my treatment

Lovely helpful receptionists. I was in agony with an abscess diagnosed by the dentist who prescribed antibiotics. After taking just 3 tablets the pain has eased, I'm so grateful and will continue of course until the whole pack is finished.

Has gone done hill rapidly over last few years, the dentist we saw missed the hole I'm my sons tooth even though we could see it, too busy trying to sell my teeth whitening products.
Husband has had his appointment cancelled 3 times for the work he desperately needs. Won't be going here again.

Usually quite happy with my treatment however after having a lost filling replaced my gum has been cut quite badly by the rather heavy handed placement of a metal band around my tooth while the filling was being done. Lovely lady however I am not overly impressed with treatment after this visit

Very helpful and friendly, explain everything very thoroughly. However, phone call made re: additional treatment was not followed through as I was led to believe it would be. Treatment now delayed due to this. Practice was apologetic.

South Normanton Dental Practice has always acted in a professional and friendly manner towards me. My best interests have always been their top priority, I can't thank them enough for that. Highly recommended
