West Earlham Dental Health Practice

I have, fortunately, been a patient here since leaving the Armed Forces in 2006 with no problems with appointments or treatment.
Both of my dentists (and practice colleagues) in that period, have been very likeable and approachable; explaining issues or procedures with humility and simplicity putting the patient at ease.
In recent times the surgery has undergone a smart makeover.
Also, Dr Sharma spends much of his spare time with charity work.
It appears the 1 star rating was clearly erroneous (reading the practice reply below) and should be dismissed accordingly.

I recently saw a new dentist here: Joel Kurian, and I was very impressed with his skills and caring nature. Upon request he did an extremely thorough clean of my teeth which had been needed for quite some time and he didn't seem in any rush. He was friendly and very knowledgeable when I asked him questions regarding receding gums and flossing. I hope to be treated by him again as he provided the best service I've received in years at this dentist practice.

I felt very reassured by all staff, phoned on an emergency and got in on the same day. I'm a nervous patient and they were kind and gentle and explained everything that needed doing. A good experience (as good as could be for the dentist 😁)

Friendly staff at reception. Very little time to wait for appointment. Mr Sharma was extremely encouraging about my teeth care. His assistant and observing student all very polite. An excellent visit after a long post COVID gap.

Probably the best dentist in Norwich. Very highly recommended.

Calmness, compassion, kindness and warmth. Dr Sharma possesses all these qualities and instantly puts you at ease from the second he greets you. He carefully explains everything that he’s doing and ensures that you understand and are happy with what’s happening. I make these comments as a FORMER nervous patient. Not once have I been apprehensive or worried while under his care.

I always find the staff here to be professional and friendly especially with nervous children, however I need to say how shockingly rude the receptionist is. She demand we wear a mask when she herself and another patient were not wearing them, she told another patient that they were not to just stop by to cancel their appointment they must ring, and to top it off she pretty much threw my appointment reminder at me. Not a good representation for the practice at all if you want your patients to feel valued.

It’s been half a year since I started straightening my teeth with Invisalign system at West Earlham Dental Health.
They can always squeeze me in for an appointment, newer had issues with that.
All the stuff is polite especially Dr. Sharma, every time explains everything so you know you can always feel save always know what’s gonna happen, what procedure gonna be done.
I’m happy with my treatment if there is any issue with it, I know it’s gonna be sort our straight away.
I’m glad I’ve chosen this clinic for my treatment .

Recently had a tooth out here and as usual felt at ease,great dentist and lovely smiling assistant on hand. Never had a problem with this dental practice since day one of opening. Credit to you all x
