Portuguese dentist not a butcher as the previous reviewer claimed, rather the only dentist that has done a proper job to me and my family in Wales. Says it all really

Portuguese dentist is a butcher horrible

Saw the Portuguese dentist first time I went and very nearly never went back horrible experience. Fortunately I now see the female dentist and can't recommend her highly enough. Kind, reassuring and excellent at her job.

A painless visit to a very good dental practice yestetday. No fillings or extractions this time around. Very happy.

Good personable sevice

Atrocious service, had chronic toothache, had appointment cancelled by them three times,
When I was eventually in the practice sat and waited for an hour while other people going in an out, asked how much longer I had to wait and was told he was running 40mins late, excuse me I already been waiting an hour, I will go to a more professional practice.

I was able to get two appointments quickly during lockdown which is amazing. The blonde lady was my dentist and I was a very nervous patient, she was incredibly reassuring, kind and motherly. I felt safe and trusted her. She did a great job on my teeth and was very quick too, she deserves a raise for such outstanding work!

Had an emergency NHS appointment today for a tooth extraction, now I have a severe phobia of dentists but have to say the care provided to me today was fantastic, everything was explained to me and I was asked several times if I was ok throughout the procedure. I can definitely recommend this dentist.
