Great service. I chipped a tooth and needed a crown. They took me in within a few days and explained the options, my financial obligations & what the operation would look like. My doctor and his staff were fast, efficient and delicate. The temporary crown was well made and felt almost like a real tooth in of itself. The final crown came two weeks later and again the service was fast and professional. The crown feels great and strong. Thank you very much!

Am in Alexandria visiting friends and my bridge came loose.
I called the surgery and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
They managed to see me the same day and the dentist was VERY understanding, explained everything and then refitted it for me.

Absolute blown away with the level of care i was given at this practice. First off Sandra Kennedy was incredible in giving me the courage to walk into the practice as i had a sever phobia of needles and injections spanning 14 years. After the great help and support by Sandra she then recommended Emmett, i can't thank them enough in beating my long lived horrible phobia. A true gent and fantastic dentist i never felt any pain at all under his care . Im now able to go back for check ups thanks to Sandra and Emmett! world class at their job and a total pleasure to be now free of my phobia! I recommend this practice Sandra, Emmett and the great team! second to nun.

I went today to get a filling replaced, and they told me they wanted to remove 3 teeth I'm a row leaving me with a big gap for months on end! I don't know why they couldn't put a filling in as they've done it every other time I have visited...

Went to this surgery and saw Dr Gatoray (not sure on spelling sorry). She was brilliant and really put me at ease. The team were great from start to finish and I would 100% recommend to a friend. They gave me lots of great tips and advice which I’ll definitely carry on with at home!

Turned up a bit late due to roadworks, had tried calling to tell them and no reply on reception. Was waiting at reception desk - no one there when I arrived too which delayed me even more probably over the 15 mins they said was the cut off time! Appreciate being late, however, it wasn't exactly a waiting room full of people just one person! Told me next appointment had gone in so turned me away so just check if you are taking time off work or arranging childcare etc.

The dentist isn't a place that I have had to go to a lot, so I often feel awkward and lost when I do go. But not at this dental practice. Everyone who works there, from the receptionist to the dentist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely a dental practice to stick with for all my future dental needs!
