Rowlands Pharmacy Ormskirk

Just been to Rowlands to pick up a prescription. After waiting nearly 10 mins to be served, (there was only myself and one other customer in there) and with the 4 (yes 4) counter assistants ignoring me, I finally got served. Pretty poor in a shop where customers are supposed to come first

Not impressed at being bellowed at that I should wait outside the pharmacy as there were already two people inside, i.e a mother and child. Yes, I firmly believe in social distancing but,an iota of respect as a customer, would be appreciated

Just been for appointment with the pharmacist. Very organised and covid safe, staff lovely. Great service, very impressed, thank you.

This is the rudest most inefficient chemist I've ever had to deal with. Will be changing chemist. Disgraceful service.

Short staffed long wait

Absolutely shocking service. No staff. Phones not answered. No presciption texts sent out any more. Long lead time to process prescriptions so patients (inc. me) are running out of essential medication.

This is the Chemist I choose to use to collect my prescriptions or advice. The staff are always helpful and friendly towards me. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and excellent when you need a flu injection. I always get a first class service.

Great Pharmacy. Very Helpful. Great Pharmacist too.
