Caernarfon's Eirlys Dental Practice

Had to go here for an emergency appointment and ended up having to have an extraction. I stress for anybody who is anxious or struggles with nerves at the dentist this practice and dentist are incredible. I felt absolutely reassured the entire time and can not rate my experience high enough. I will be going on the waiting list to join the practice despite it being over an hour away as it is 100% worth the distance. Thank you to all the team for an extremely positive experience, they have been few and far between and today was exceptional!

Never an answer when you call, just looping 'your call is very important to us, please wait'. Also charged me for an appointment following a filling falling out within a year. Money not good dentistry at the forefront

Treatment was entirely professional. The fifth star denotes disappointment at being fitted with a denture on a plate. But I acknowledge that this is likely to be temporary and recognize that my dentition represents a challenge. I am a well satisfied client.

So disappointed by the way they manage their phone calls .they've cancelled my appointment again after 6months of waiting and they won't answer the phone when you ring .been trying for three days already. Can someone tell me what's going on please.

Just a quick message to express my gratitude for my NHS emergency treatment today. I was so nervous before attending and your Dentist and staff made me feel so at ease. You probably don’t realise how helpful you all were today, it goes such a long way. Really impressed with the receptionist also, so friendly.

Honestly had a great experience at Eirlys dentist, I cannot thank the team enough for their support & care.

As a patient I'm probably a Dentist and Dental Nurses worst nightmare, it would be easy to say I'm a nervous patient however that would be an understatement, I'm terrified to the point of feeling nauseous and faint on my way to the dentist.

To be Frank I've been with a few Dental Clinics in my time and truthfully I have never felt so at ease and comfortable from the moment I met Hayley in reception to the moment I went in to see the Dentist Martin and Dental Nurse Zena.
Not many people have the ability to calm and relax a nervous and anxious patient like me however they did, I just couldn't believe how they were so calming, comforting and genuinely concerned about your feelings and concerns, it was a breath of fresh air, the moment Zena started chatting to me I immediately felt at ease and that is a first for me, instantly my knees had stopped shaking and I could no longer hear my heartbeat!
While Zena took my mind off the obvious Martin very gently carried on with my procedure while asking me every couple of minutes if I was okay, before I knew it my tooth was out, what a miracle NO DISCOMFORT OR PAIN WHAT SO EVER !
I have never experienced such a brilliant dentist, I was overwhelmed to say the least.
OVERALL:
The friendliness, approachable and warm welcome from Hayley you receive from the moment you walk through the door to the professionalism, care and thoughtfulness of the Dental Nurse Zena and the mannerism, professionalism, calmness and the ability to carry out his dentistry skills without inflicting any pain whatsoever on his patients is outstanding.
I cant thank you enough, I'm so pleased to have finally found a dentist I can trust and feel incredibly comfortable with.

Had an appointment for an extraction and to say I was nervous is an understatement. I was met by Hayley - what a lovely lady. She chatted to me about her experience with Dr Martin and put me slightly more at ease. Then I was called by Katie - she turned out to be my Shining Star. Dr Martin explained everything to me step by step. He told me to let him know if I wanted him to stop at any time - lovely man. I held Katie's hand and kept apologising to her for being such a big baby!!! Anyway tooth out, mouth cleaned up and off home. If there were any problems I was told to contact them. Brilliant service, lovely people - thank you to one and all. 5 stars greatly deserved
