Argos Hedge End (Inside Sainsbury's)

Use if you feel like service is an optional extra. The staff were rude when there was an issue and unable to take any responsibility. I was told "It's not their problem". Really disappointing as it's such a convenient place to have.

Shocking customer experience, will never be using this shop again, rude staff and a very rude manager, tried to return something as per precedure, I was told I was unable to return this item as it has been used? It has not or never been used by myself, its in the exact same condition and packaging it was in when purchased, I explained this over and over to be met with, a sarcastic " Sorry its not our policy when its been used" in this case I was clearly sold used goods then. Its not even about the fact I could not be return my item as I took it to another argos who took it back no problem its about the way I was spoken to and made out to be a liar and left the shop in tears.

Great store, friendly staff, super helpful, always get in and get out quickly, fast and friendly service 👌

I am hoping today that when I visit this store I won't get any problems like the trouble I get in Sainsburys Argos I won't mention which store but its not far away

Great service from the young man on collections. He even supplied me with a trolley as I was on a crutch and my parcel was too big for me to carry.

I went in with my partner this afternoon to exchange a product, a task in most other stores would be a fiasco. Jade at the Hedge End store (2:45pmish on 07/02/22 was kind, polite and extremely helpful. Her customer service was beyond exceptional and I will be using Argos more frequently in the future because of my experience today! Give this worker praise! - A very happy customer!
