A brilliant store with many different stalls that offer a variety of products. However, although the service is great and it is a friendly place sometimes you are left waiting for a considerable amount of time as there are no staff around and considering the size of the store you'd think that there would be enough staff. This doesn't make the store a bad place, it is lovely, I just feel like they should be more attentive.

Went to the store to browse and found two tops I liked. One had a slight knitted pull on the shoulder which normally generates an additional 10% reduction. They agreed 15% as it was my birthday. The item is non returnable but I'm delighted. Have been shopping there for a couple of decades and am always well served by them. Great store.

Fish and chips in cafe very good. A bit of a wait but worth it. Food nice and hot and served on a hot plate. Warning was given about plate being hot which was good. The latte coffee wasn't very good only just warm, hence not 5 stars. All staff polite and helpful.

Huge department store. Has 3 floors. Women's clothing, kids, men's, a small lingerie and PJ range for women. Home ware. Suitcases and there travel money rate was good. I've never had breakfast here but it's always busy. They even have nice clean toilets. The only downside for me is I can never find my bra size and they're one of the only shops that do it.

Nice experience. A lot of space in the store so a lot of stock on the shop floor. The clothing is quite packed together so hard to get around people to see things sometimes

Really nice Debenhams branch. Easy to locate the different concessions and sections with clear signs. There is also a great variety of brands here. The shoes are particularly very great when the sales are on. All in all, I like this branch more than the others I've been to.

Visited the Estee Lauder counter yesterday, and was the best experience I had ever had at Debenhams.Geri was very helpful and quick to change the bad experience I had previously to the most amazing one. Very helpful with my purchase of my Double Wear foundation. Keep on employing people like her who deliver excellent customer service

This is a really nice spacious Debenhams branch. It is easy to locate the different concessions and sections with clear signs. Staff are very friendly and loyal to the store. Nice selections of all wares e.g. household and homewares, children's clothing, adult clothing and shoes. I noticed in the homewares they had samples on display for explaining the difference between different cotton types for bed linens - this was very useful to make my selection process easier. A lovely store in a prime location.
