Wide variety of quality clothing, house hold essentials, colognes and much more. Very large, clean, up-to-date 4 story facility. Was able to find everything that my buddy was looking for to accent his dress attire.

We visited this store for the first time as we recently moved to UK from Berlin, Germany. We saw customer service at its best. We wanted help for our daughter's school uniform and the staff called Sophie was so helpful. She was very patient and made our shopping an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work. We hope we continue to get such service as we will definitely visit again as we are now in Cambridge :)

Fabulous shop. Staff always polite and know the product, and any little issues are resolved without drama. My go-to for any tech stuff as its always competitively priced and a 2 year warranty which isn't always the case elsewhere.

On Saturday, 22 Oct 2022, I visited John Lewis (Grand Arcade-Cambridge) in hopes of finding a docking station for my cellular phone. I was there for approximately 10 minutes trying to make contact with a sales rep and was continually ignored while other patrons were greeted and assisted. And the majority of them, just had questions and did not make a purchase. As I began to leave, Jacob greeted me with a huge smile and asked if I needed assistance and I politely answered yes. Although, I had a great experience with Jacob, I will not be returning to any John Lewis locations. To blatantly ignore a customer in need is completely unacceptable.

A really nice store with most things under on roof in Cambridge.

However, not the best place to purchase travel luggages or perhaps anything of a brand. It’s appalling that the staff which served me did not know anything about the product which is being sold and which she is taking care of.

Maybe it was just a bad pick out of the hat but somewhat that particular staff was very uninterested and not bothered to sell. It almost seemed like it was merely pointless to walk into store to make a purchase.

However, giving her the benefit of doubt she could have just been having a bad day.

Bottom line, I got what I was looking for when I looked for it myself that day. Perhaps online shopping could become the future, not that I’m a fan of it but just maybe on this visit it seemed like a better option.

I truly don’t think any bad can be said about this John Lewis store. There is always something new going on when I visit and the variety of products is always shifting. Although it can be a disappointment, the idea of finding a new potential purchase is always something to look forward to. The decorations during Christmas time is always reason to take a trip.

I visited JL and was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of Apple products.

The visit got even better when I found a young lady who turned out to be an Apple employed expert.

She answered all my questions and helped me decide exactly what Apple product fitted my needs. Apparently she is in the store several days a week.

A bonus was a no cost 2 year warranty on all the Apple products.

Expertise like this is why we need to support our local high street and shopping centres.

Service on your cafe is poor. No organisation with staff standing around gazing into space. Watched one member of staff take 5 minutes to wash his hands then walk off the floor. Not something I would expect to comment on at JL
