Unfortunately when I went, they had a lot of stuff out of stock. This seems to be a pattern in stores at the moment, so don't think it's restricted to this store. Because I this I didn't purchase anything. Staff seemed friendly though.

Very disappointing and very frustating with the customer service team and delivery service.
I went to Argos in Sainsbury Tunbridge wells yesterday to place an order for delivery ( same day) . The stuff I ordered came in the evening , ok, excellent, well that’s what I thought of, then I found out one item was missing, the most important item that I need for that evening. Tried to ring the driver he said I have to ring the customer service, so I did, the guy said the hp ink wasn’t included in my order, so I checked my receipt yes it’s there in the receipt so obviously I paid for it and it’s definitely included in the order. I was told that since it’s past 9 pm The store was already closed and they’ll sort it out first thing in the morning. This morning I waited and waited for them to contact me ( since they have my mobile number) but There was none at all. So come 10 am I tried to ring the customer service I was put on hold twice and was left to wait for ages and they just hang up the phone for me. So I tried to ring again before 11 am and the customer service said I have to wait for 24 hours for recovery for the item and then arrange for a delivery date and time . Or she can cancel it and I will have to wait for 5 working days for the refund. Seriously Argos? It wasn’t even my fault , obviously the mistake came from your company, why do I have to suffer? Either way if I chose any of the options given to me, it will take long to get the HP printer ink that I desperately need yesterday evening because I need to print some very important documents.I should have bought it directly from Sainsbury then I won’t be in this very stressful situation.

Bought an inflatable airbed (Pro Action Double Flocked Air Bed 456/3543) for £22.00 but a quicker, less stressful way to waste the money would be to burn the note & chuck the coins down a drain. The product is utter rubbish, don't go near it.
