They have discounts every month and that's the reason why I'm one of their most regular clients. Many of the little electrical appliances in my kitchen are from this store. It's pleasant to shop here.

Fantastic shopping experiences in argos. Going through the catalogues is not difficult, however senior citizens might have some difficulties but the staff are always helpful and can help you search and order the products you want. Argos almost always have what I need and sometimes you get unbelivable deals also.There is a free red phone inside the store in case you need a taxi.
The staff are helpful and polite.

The most useless manager I`ve ever seen !!! Be aware of that.
I've been trying to return a laptop (which is super normal I guess ), but he was saying that I can't do that as I've been used that, which doesn't make sense at all. How can you see if that item is not the perfect item for you if you don't try it? Anyway, he was saying that I indeed can't return (even tho I was responding in time, less than 30 days) and I had to call the customer service which also didn't help me that much, and now I have a laptop that I don't like it, and I really can't use it. But the way he was talking with me saying I can't return it, is so gross and rude.

I regret that I can`t remember his name, was an Asian man; rude and not helpful at all.

Poor service waited 15 minutes for one item. Others paid and collected before me. Only one person repairing a mobile phone as well as providing goods. Poor management it seems.

Poor service. Lack of information consistency. The store manager did not accept a return item even if customer service explicitly confirmed to us that the item is eligible for a return. We even showed the full conversation with customer service and the manager said that it’s his store and he decides what gets returned and what not. He started raising his voice when we really weren’t trying to be difficult, we were just trying to understand why we received contradictory information within the same company. We wouldn’t even have bothered to go to the store even it wouldn’t have been already confirmed. Will definitely avoid going to this store from now on.

Staff are quite rude, will not shop there again in the future. Tip for Argos hire staff who have to interact with people with people skills otherwise let them work in the sorting area. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I am really disappointed with Argos, I am disabled and has a 4yrs old daughter, we just moved to a new accommodation, there is no cooker and we been relying on take a way and microwaved meal.

I went in the store and bought cooker on 21/10/20, I also paid for installation and they said, it will be delivered and install within two weeks, I didn’t hear anything from them until yesterday 6/11/20 by text that, the cooker is out of stock, and my money will be refund in 3-5 working days. I checked on website and there were still more available. I contacted Argo and they said they can’t do anything due to lockdown.

Now we are in lockdown and we don’t know how lockdown going to last, what will I do now, we are coming to Christmas.
It’s discussing and horrible to treat people like this, I ordered before lockdown.

Muhammad rakib is very rude I spent 80 pounds my batman car has no packing I was with lady he just come and start first move out of the way I said I have 2 hand can't move with push chair one kid n toy car than again he come to lady he bring receipt than book her I have text order number plus payment statement he said his manager not gona happen anything ony complain I work in retail I know we have to be kind but when the store collegues are rude no customer service than what we gonna do
