Never had a problem. Friendly staff.
I went in to pick up an order only to find my phone had died and I hadn't wrote the collection numbers down. Whoops! The lady searched for a charger for me but couldn't find one. I returned later for my things. Always great service.... Well, the jewellery counter needs more attention. I've stood there looking round for 5 minutes or more and ended up just walking out. My only fault with the store

Drove over from Cheltenham to pick up an order I made the day before but the staff did not want to honour the price I reserved it at despite having a screenshot from Head Office instructing them to. After waiting 15 minutes to speak to a manager, they said quite plainly they wouldn't honour the original reservation I made. This is in stark contrast to the service I have received at the Cheltenham branches who have been nothing but helpful and polite.

Staff was very helpful, but sat nav that we chose wasn't available at this store,then could get it the next day, but ment travelling back tomorrow, so we went to Halford & got the same one for £30 cheaper.

My guest broke a bed that I did buy last year. I went to Argos and spoke to Aaron. He gave me a phone number to call. So I called the number in front of him and with the music in the background it was difficult to hear anything. Of course I have all the receipts in the world but not the one of the bed, of course they asked me questions I could not answer and of course I went from one department to another one to another one, and here we go : " press one for.. press two for... press four for " . I was looking desperate so Aaron did all the work for me, I gave him my mobile, he sent the pictures of the bed that I took, went through the " press one, two, three story ", spoke to all those different people on the phone from the different services and different departments and after 30 minutes everything was solved. I could not believe how efficient he was but also how patient and courteous he was too ! Seriously I could not have done it without him and thanks to him, I will get a new bed. So I do not know about the quality of the products but I can certainly recommend the staff or at least Aaron !

had an occasion to visit Argos today bought a six seater patio table and chairs with with brolly, a bargain. Unfortunately the chairs had rust so we returned the chairs the guy serving us was so helpful and apologetic we do understand the manufacturers were at fault in no way were Argos at fault. My girlfriend was the one who returned the chairs and she was very impressed with your guys diligence and willingness to help, give him a raise in pay. Sorry we dont have his name he was tall and a nice guy.

Tryed to get a gift voucher seems either the voucher cards are dodgy or gremlins have got in the computer system kept failing. Not happy as needed to post for Birthday present.

This store has recently re-opened and according to the web site only deals with click and collect. On going to pick up my paid for item, I was ignored and had to wait while others were served who had just paid in the store. I have no objection to waiting in these unusual times, but I do not like to be ignored. This is so different from the local Argos stores within Sainsburys. If the staff in this store fail to provide a better service the store could go the same way as others on this complex. I will consider using Amazon in future.

Hopelessly ineffecient service. Staff stood around chatting with only a few customers waiting and it still takes ages to get served because they seem to have the 'cant be bothereds' about them!
