Just go to the shop running late ! they had just closed the doors 18:00 :-( kind staff with a smile at the door. Yes coming in do you have the number you need - Me Yes this way, got what I wanted and let us out. First Class Service well done Argos Camberley

I usually get served quite fast in store, however busy periods do insinuate more queues and longer waiting times, especially around Christmas and other busy holidays! The store offers plenty of "look-up" machines, allowing customers to quickly check if products are available and/or in stock. Despite this, I swear no one ever answers the phone! I've tried ringing so many times, waited countless minutes for someone to speak to but been severely disappointed! Nonetheless, they offer a collection and delivery service both of which allow the customer freedom when shopping, allowing busy peeps plenty of time pick up items (when it best suits them) or have the items delivered straight to a suitable location (home, work, friend's) when they are available in store.

Bought a tablet and was inadvertently given the wrong one due to an error with labelling. Was given an upgrade with a very nice discount which they didn't need to do and felt like they went above and beyond helping me. Very good service indeed! Thank you

Ordered at 12.58 and delivered at 15.14. Excellent service and polite delivery driver. Well done Argos will use delivery service again.

One of the best staff. Two Managers Julie & James are fab. I used to buy wrist watches frequently and they are simply amazing.
Reducing the size of bracelet, showing any watches and telling pros & cons.

Don't ever buy online and pick up later always reserve it and pay it when you get there. Even customer care servocse said to avoid it which shows how bad the system is since then followed on saying it can happen quite often. I thought I lost the money but I chiefkc with bank and is currently pending whether Argos will accept the money or not. Finally when I went to shop for help management was amazing but this morning whoever helped me was very poor on knowing what to do and gely felt like a shrug off for him.

Took 2 days from placing an order to realise they had no stock and then cancelled my order which is a massive waste of time when I needed a product urgently. Customer service useless.

Absolutely rude staff all three of them working there, They was not helpful in any way and will never be returning to that store! also refunded me under the wrong reason so they are fudging there figures!
The one at watchmoor was amazing so I know where I will be going.
