M&S Outlet

Huge fan of M&S stores! This brand speaks for itself. Their quality is really good and lasts long. But this outlet has items from the previous seasons. You can't find the latest products as in the retail stores. You would be lucky if you find your size on the items you like but the prices are very decent

Very boring looking store. No real atmosphere to this place. Husband dragged me into here.

Clothes dumped everywhere. I know it’s an outlet store but it’s full of stuff people don’t want to but in their main stores and fobbed off as a bargain here. Quality isn’t that great anymore either.

Items are just randomly all over the place. It’s more like a charity shop than a British retail store. No staff to be found. Queues were long to check out at the tills.

Wouldn’t visit again as the clothes are too old
fashioned for me sadly.
Only thing I like about Marks and Spencer’s is the food which isn’t available in this store.

It's an OK ish M&S. For an outlet they don't stock alot of variety and what they do have they have a few of each item and not many sizes in particular smaller sizes are almost impossible to find. The standard of the shop itself is disappointing as you'd expect more from M&S even if it's an Outlet. What they do have is not exactly outlet prices in my eyes. I've found cheaper items in a normal M&S than in the outlet. I wouldn't recommend it as if you're going to buy anything you're definitely better off going into M&S itself and getting it.

You should come here for your shopping.
Loads of stores with great discounts. Only downside is you might now find your size but if you do you’ll pay crazy cheap price compare to the normal stores.
And if you need a break on the top level there’s many restaurants

As usual, the prices here are well worth the trip. This time I bought a jumper that was £14 less than the price in Stratford. Well worth the trip. If you have the time, go during the week, instead of the weekend.

Small with limited collection for women, men& kids as well as limited sizes.

Also you won't find the corner of hair,bath, makeup& perfumes sectio along with food section.

Came a long way with the Family, its 1830 on 5th Feb 2022 .The store closes at 8pm .

They have closed the fitting rooms . 2 staff on cash tills and four on the floor , refolding goods???.

The old lady in the gold glasses hanging off her kneck on shoelaces,says they haven't got the staff. Totally ignored me I asked her politely and she walked off .Too busy taking goods of a rail onto the shelves. She was really rude and needs to go on a customer service course as her attitude is totally incorrect working in retail.

What are the four doing on the shop floor .It only takes one and they are not busy at all, no queue and not many people in store .Staff at this store need to get their priorities right ,not only did they loose my sale but over other sales too, while I was in the store and the time they wasted telling customers the fitting rooms were closed .

You can only return items to a outlet unlike Next ,any Next accepts returns , so if you come a long way and CAN'T try on the goods ,no point buying if you can't come back to a outlet. No wonder they lost market share .

Lovely place to shop for ladies garments and other accessories. The brand speaks for itself in everything that is visible. Be it the ambience, the display of items, selection of pieces, arrangements, customer service etc
Overall had a nice shopping experience.
