Hazel was the manager there this evening, extremely rude and unhelpful. Explained everything I had been told by head office on the phone but because I hadn’t taken the persons name that I had spoken to, that was a massive issue. When leaving and I asked for her and her colleagues name she moaned that I was taking their names down and wouldn’t give me her surname as I “didn’t need that”.... Beth who has to work with her was actually quite helpful and honest to me as was the lady I spoke with a couple of days ago. I have now spoken to head office again and made an official complaint, once I had made the complaint the issue was also resolved so shows how little help she was in store.

Can't complain. There were not many people in the store so service was very quick from paying and to collecting goods. Staff were happy and friendly and spot on.

Shame on the Argos staff and hats off to the brilliant Sainsbury staff who came to my rescue both at lunchtime and this evening to get 2 huge boxes of garden furniture to my car. The Argos staff refused to assist me. The boxes were so huge on the trolley social distances was observed.

They had the 2 items I ordered online. Couldn't order in store on terminals.had to wait couple of days to collect. No big issue for me as not in hurry. Staff polite.

Some people who wrote very bad reviews must have gone to another store , my experience on Saturday 17-07-20 was brilliant , there were two assistants one wasTom with pactence , knowledge and efficientance solved my problem . Well done !

This store has stayed open through the whole of the Covid-19 crisis to enable people to get their laptops and desks for working at home, their paddling pools and loungers for relaxing in the garden etc, etc. Perhaps people should give them credit for adapting as best they can to the pressurised situation and trying to give the best service possible in the extraordinary circumstances.

I purchased printer ink on this store and to be provided with a vat receipt I had to give them my email address. I'm sick of all this companies just wanting more and more of our personal details like they don't have enough... It should be mandatory to provide a client with the vat receipt. I'm done with argos I'll never be using them
