John Lewis has already bedecked its store for Christmas as has the whole of Intu Watford.
I'm not sure if JL has already recruited its extra Xmas staff but I've never been asked so many times before if someone could help me as I was yesterday.
The store itself is as good as usual, full to the brim with everything you could wish for if only you had the money!

Quality retailer with a good choice of items. We were looking for some furniture, they offer a good service in this area. They also send you up to 5 samples of the fabric to your home, for you to choose what coverings match, so makes it even easier to choose what's right for you. Would recommend the service and quality of goods.

The shop itself, once you've finally managed to park up is really lovely. My only problem is the two little lifts they have. I took my girlfriend in her wheelchair and we waited forever before one arrived. It's a fairly large store and the friendly staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. If you need to use the lifts though you'll be spending a lot longer than planned.

Fantastic shop, great as a new mum, easy to get around and have great facilities for feeding and changing, the cafe is nice, good food options. Carrot cake is amazing! Staff in all the departments are helpful and friendly. Lots of online ordering too, and had good experiences every time. Well done John Lewis.

I had very bad experience with John Lewis customer service, they forced me to return the product and fail to reschedule appointment after I explained to them that my family member has a COVID systoms.
I was surprised to see the director support Team response that they were happy to take risk with people's supposed to collect the goods.
I know we are going through very tough time, but such a bad service from the company who represents themselves one of the best to offer great customer service.
